Not only did they fill my neighbor's tank instead of mine, Graves Propane charged my neighbor for their wrong doing and offered a "discount" on my next propane fill. I didn't even get my tank filled to the proper amount I paid for. Do yourself a favor and find a different propane company. I will say, the only quality employee at the company seems to be TJ. On 2/16/23 we have an empty propane and no heat in our house - 39° inside! I called and spoke to someone who did not speak English understandably and gathered that our situation was escalated and they would call us with a delivery time. Four hours later, no call. Called the local number again and was transferred to a non-English speaker again. They took total responsibility for the mistake, told me the situation was escalated and that they would have delivery in 24 hours. I refused and said it should have been delivered anytime in the last 21 days and the house was freezing! They said they'd have a delivery estimate call shortly, hung up, and I still haven't heard from them yet so I will be calling back. This is unacceptable service and I strongly warn anyone away from using this service!

It was not a fresh burrito as the wrapper and the burrito was fused together by the microwave and excessive time inside. So stuck together, that a slight pull from the tape that held it wrapped, as it did open, it blew apart!
