The first two repair companies, told us they would be back to fix a refrigerator ice maker, and we never heard from them again. Ponderosa diagnosed the refrigerator and said the icemaker needs a new part. They gave us a quote which surprised us how inexpensive it was considering how expensive the refrigerator was. This is a company with Integrety, expertise and they deliver! I wish I could give them more stars because they beyond deserve it.

I called around asking shops if they did bead-locks rims as I had some tires I needed to swap out. Most shops don't do bead-locks. One of the employees in service said they did and the service on the rims and tire would be $49. But when I got there they changed the price. Today, while visiting Prescott I had s tire issue. I called GoAZ first I bought my Indian Challenge…read moreat GoAZ in 2021. GoAZ parts was great, she was friendly and helpful. They didn't have the tire in stock but could get it by Wednesday. I found a tire in Mayer at the Harley Davidson but I'll get to back to that. I asked if I got the tire and got there by 4 could they get me in to swallow the tire out since we need to be on the road in the morning. He said his guys were itching to go home. So I inquired about Wednesday and he said they didn't hsve to tools to swap the tire. Unfortunately there is no special tools needed for changing a tire. Liberty Harley Davidson had 1 tire for $400 however he was rude and acted like he was put out for having to go look for the tire. Then he let me know that he can't work on anything but a Harley Davidson. I let him know it was an unexpected emergency and he said they aren't allowed. The most helpful person in town was the manager at Discount tire. He called around tried to set stuff up and was friendly. I could her the guy from liberty Harley Davidson telling him he'd already told the guy on the Indian he can't change it. So we rented a U-hual and were taking home. The tire prices are about $100 more than the valley. Clearly Go AZ and Liberty Harley Davidson don't care about riders in the least. I wouldn't buy anything from Prescott Valley GoAz or Liberty HD. They aren't about riders.

Highway robbery! I…read morerented a lift from them. They delivered and we found that lift was too short. They agreed to send a taller one, which they did the next morning. They dropped off the bigger one and took back the first one on the same truck. Them they charged me a a pick up fee AND a delivery for that trip. One truck, one trip to jobsite and I was charged twice like they were two different trips. Tried to justify it on possible other deliveries etc. Bunch of bull. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. They will overcharge you if they get the opportunity.

Had a tire blowout yesterday evening in a box truck on the way from Prescott Valley to the Phoenix…read morearea. We were in Mayer, with little to no services nearby. I tried calling a few places and most were either closed or did not want to make the drive out to us. Got ahold of Sunstate eventually and was greeted on the phone with great customer service immediately. The gentleman who answered took my tire size, verified they had the right one on hand and had me send a pin of my location. He stated they would arrive in about an hour. Maybe 45 minutes later they had arrived. Swapped the tire out within a few minutes and we were back on the road. My tires usually cost anywhere from $220-275. With that in mind, along with the drive out to us, I was expecting to be raked over the coals on pricing. Not only was the tire much less than expected ($199), their rates were incredibly reasonable. I was out of there for less than $340. I was almost expecting double that. Great service for a great price. I can't recommend them enough!
