Though my neighbor raves about the guys that do her property I would not recommend this guys services. *also his big gas guzzling hummer started leaking crap all over the driveway but he seemed to preoccupied to notice or care. When I called their office the slurred response from the secretary was basically .....oh well they'll send someone to clean it as soon as possible.....and proceeded to slam the phone down while screaming at someone in the background. Very uncomfortable to hear some or how she was speaking to the other person. But I will never call back or recommend these people to anyone.

Driving a 1937 Ford Pickup street rod to the 100th anniversary of Rt. 66 from Phoenix when my…read morevehicle began to lose power and would no longer perform well enough to continue from the Prescott area. Friday midafternoon in Prescott was not the ideal time to run into vehicle problems. My first contact was with Paul S. of Classic Restorations and Sales. Paul went out of this way to assist a fellow classic car enthusiast and ultimately directed me to Keven at Nichols Autofab. What a great experience!! Keven went out of his way to make room for my classic vehicle when room in his shop was at a premium. Keven agreed to immediately attend to my needs and further agreed to ensure the vehicle was secured inside the business and not left outside. A trip that had been in the plans for almost a year was clearly in jeopardy. Between Paul and now Keven I was able to continue on with my plans to drive Rt.66 as a participate of the Rt. 66 fun run. Repairs were to the point. Fair in price and done by a very understanding and confident staff of personnel. As a member of a National Car Club, we are very cognizant of auto service centers that provide minimal services and at an inflated price when we are traveling while knowing we are at the mercy of unscrupulous mechanics. I cannot emphasize how the services at Nichols Autofab were so very much apricated and welcomed. An unfortunate incident did two things; brought me peace of mind for the service and repairs completed and the meeting of two great men that I will consider a friend that I will indeed continue to praise.

I tried calling a few places and most were either closed or did not want to make the drive out to us. Got ahold of Sunstate eventually and was greeted on the phone with great customer service immediately. The gentleman who answered took my tire size, verified they had the right one on hand and had me send a pin of my location. He stated they would arrive in about an hour. Maybe 45 minutes later they had arrived. Swapped the tire out within a few minutes and we were back on the road. My tires usually cost anywhere from $220-275. With that in mind, along with the drive out to us, I was expecting to be raked over the coals on pricing. Not only was the tire much less than expected ($199), their rates were incredibly reasonable. I was out of there for less than $340. I was almost expecting double that. Great service for a great price. I can't recommend them enough!
