April 23, 2025 After two botched attempts at fixing my snow blower last snow season, I tried once more with Flagstaff Equipment. I discovered they've had a renaissance with customer service and repairs. I was told they fired the problem mechanics. My John Deere 13-horsepower snow blower is obsolete and no longer supported. They searched for and found the discontinued flywheel and installed it. I had continuous updates as to the status, progress, and plan for repair. THIS SERVICE CENTER STOLE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACOUNT. I took my bobcat there 3 times for the same repair. its still not correct and they charged my card for 2,200 dollars. There estimate was 1,000 dollars. They had it on average for 8 weeks at a time. excuses over and over. worst service center in Arizona! read more

Great place for tractor supplies! Friendly, helpful staff. My go to for parts needed for our 20 year old John Deere riding mower.

First of all I spent lots of money in this establishment to not get customer service. The staff do not communicate or keep you updated on your vehicle. I sat or mean stood in the show case room for hours with not one single person asking if I need a drink or offer a place to sit. I asked how much longer will the wait be . I was told well the mechanic went to lunch and will be back In an hour then he will fix your truck. Im From out of town and have no other means of transportation so I'm stuck here waiting on a simple part. This is turning out to be a all day event .. for sure not customer friendly.. so almost 6 hours later still waiting and sitting on the floor. I asked the staff if there was a waiting room he said your looking at it. Im hurting so bad I suffer from arthritis in my legs and feet at to stand on the concrete is horrible. Avoid this place at all cost. I traveled 150 miles one way to drop off a snowplow pump with a possible faulty valve. I specifically asked that they ensure pump was working before I picked it up, in particular, to verify 'C-Valve' was working, as on the phone, the tech said that was the suspect. I asked specifically that they remove and inspect the valve, as I was unable to remove the valve, as the tech said it should be able to be removed easily. I again traveled the 150 miles to pick up the pump. I was charged 175.62, and was told pump was working fine. I reinstalled pump to find that the problem was not resolved. Mike Debold, service manager, said to bring plow pump back and they would 'test' again. I requested a refund, and he refused. I will never ever use this place again, and will advise all friends and associates to avoid this place at all cost. read more

Wow, I've lived in Flagstaff since 2004 and didn't know they were here. I am SO glad I found them! I discovered Flag Equipment through a Craigslist ad that Zach posted, while trying to find the right flatbed trailer to rent for a day. Worst service I have ever had in my life. Took my pressure washer in twice and they never even did what I asked twice. They can't order the part I asked them to. They like to start it up and play with it and bill me for saying they worked on it. I will never use them again. read more

They were rude, unhelpful and they brushed me off like I didn't have money to spend. First, I was ignored while the guy shuffled papers in front of me pretending like he didn't see me standing there. I took my 2000 Honda generator in because it was running bad and they told me it needed a new carb throttle housing which we bought and installed and it still ran the same. I took it back and for a total of $212 they told me the new carb was bad. $51 for the first diagnosis and $161 YES $161 for them to tell me they spent 3 hours on it and its still the same problem... THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF!!! read more
