I don't know how well the work would have been done, so I'm only reviewing the experience that I did have. 4/5 stars due to the communication issue. I called the office and spoke to a gal multiple times who was not relaying messages to the electrician. That's my only issue.

He scheduled us for the next week and only asked that we take small items off of the floor and tables and they'd move the rest. They actually showed up a bit early. Two guys, Nathan and an assistant Rob. They went right to work and although they might have gotten a bit annoyed at my questions they were professional and respectful of the property. They were here all day; close to 8 hours. The carpets look great and we were able to remove the plastic under table and chair legs the next morning and put things back the way they were. More expensive than the national chains (for good reason!) but well worth it.
