Our dishwasher decided to wash our subfloors right before Thanksgiving. At first glance I thought…read moreit was just a small amount of water, but found that a significant amount had went between the subfloor and the wood flooring. Mammoth came out and got fans and dehumidifiers up quickly, and have worked through my insurance company to get our kitchen back in order. We are still in the middle of this project, but I have found Mammoth to be super responsive and helpful in fixing this mess even during the holidays. I hope to NEVER need their services again, but if I do, I am confident that Mammoth is the right company to call.

I discovered they've had a renaissance with customer service and repairs. I was told they fired the problem mechanics. My John Deere 13-horsepower snow blower is obsolete and no longer supported. They searched for and found the discontinued flywheel and installed it. I had continuous updates as to the status, progress, and plan for repair. Thanks to Antonio, Jack, and Nick, my machine plowed like a champ in today's snowstorm in Munds Park. My name is Lou, and I stand by my review.

I also had a few areas where the carpet needed to be re-stretched. Nathan came over and gave me an estimate and I accepted it. He scheduled us for the next week and only asked that we take small items off of the floor and tables and they'd move the rest. They actually showed up a bit early. Two guys, Nathan and an assistant Rob. They went right to work and although they might have gotten a bit annoyed at my questions they were professional and respectful of the property. They were here all day; close to 8 hours. The carpets look great and we were able to remove the plastic under table and chair legs the next morning and put things back the way they were. More expensive than the national chains (for good reason!) but well worth it.

I was very pleased with the electrician when he came out to do an initial estimate. He was friendly and explained that this company enjoys helping home owners with these kind of electrical needs that I had at the time. The value seems to be a little higher than others but everyone has their own rates set. So I still think it's reasonable. I don't know how well the work would have been done, so I'm only reviewing the experience that I did have. 4/5 stars due to the communication issue. I called the office and spoke to a gal multiple times who was not relaying messages to the electrician. That's my only issue.

We decided to have it checked out and then make a decision. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the woman who took my call was friendly, knowledgeable and, as importantly, laughed at my stupid jokes. The tech showed up about 10 minutes early and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. The cold water valve inside the machine was leaking and would have to be replaced. The tech suggested also replacing the hot water valve. I agreed to the price and he had it repaired inside of 30 minutes. He also checked out the drum bearings and the pump. The tech was a great guy who cleaned up the inside of the machine and made sure everything was the way he found it. I couldn't be happier.
