They worked as a two man team on our property to drop and run a camera down our sewage line all the way to where it connects to the city line in order to check my sewage line's health. The team was then able to run a chain snake to eliminate all roots/blockages and all the joints/pipe connections are looking extremely clean now! I cannot speak highly enough about both the customer service and really great prices. I could not be happier with the result!

I was very pleased with the electrician when he came out to do an initial estimate. He was friendly and explained that this company enjoys helping home owners with these kind of electrical needs that I had at the time. The value seems to be a little higher than others but everyone has their own rates set. So I still think it's reasonable. I don't know how well the work would have been done, so I'm only reviewing the experience that I did have. 4/5 stars due to the communication issue. I called the office and spoke to a gal multiple times who was not relaying messages to the electrician. That's my only issue.

The adjuster came out and was great said they would get me a quote in 2 to 3 days max. That went on for 3 weeks the last time I called in I was told it would be done by Friday of that week and to give them time. Friday came and went and no call or quote. I called today and was sent to VM which then just hung up. I called back and asked Theresa if the owner was there and was told everyone was gone for the day and that there was no quote at 9 am. I asked if they didn't want to work with me to just let me know so I could find someone else after a month. I was told that was not her place but that there was no other help to give me. Mind you I waited a month to be told they were not even providing me a quote. Now I have to start completely over because of them. I would never ever use this company. And honestly good luck getting your work done if this is how they treat someone just being patient and giving them ample time to quote work to be done.
