The employees seem nice, but Blake, an associate there, blatantly lied to me about their company policy on price matching before buying an item. When i politely confronted him about the lie, he doubled down and tried to gaslight me about the policy when i had it printed out from their corporate website, and instead of acknowledging this he refused to speak to me any longer. I have had this experience with every TS in arizona so far. They casually lie to you while stealing your money. It's heinous and clearly a corporate leadership issue. I will not be giving my business to people of this insidious nature. read more

We dropped by because a classmate bought some boots here. It's a warehouse store, and I had a great time just wandering around and discovering all its unique features. A hardware department, a big feed department (all kinds, do you have horses or cattle?), clothing for men and women, and more. They have trim kits and mufflers for several types of trucks. I didn't find heavy equipment here, but there was a lot to see. If you run a farm or ranch, the inventory could be just what you are looking for. In the clothing department they had everything to look like a cowboy. I don't doubt that genuine cowboys might actually shop here. I saw shirts, jeans, hats, and boots that I would buy for myself. Their pet food section is vast they have all the good stuff like Purina and Fancy Feast, for rabbits they have Dumor Hay Medley which consists of three different types of hay along with assorted flowers, my rabbits love it. As mentioned, before they also sell other items and general goods. They have a beautiful clothes and shoe section. You can even buy go-karts and safes. It's basically a Toys'R'Us for adults, where you could walk around for hours if you had the time. The employees of Tractor Supply excel in competency, courtesy, and consistency, leading to excellent customer experience. The moment you enter the building you are greeted by the cashiers even if they are busy. If an employee notices you struggling to find something they will ask what you are looking for and gladly guide you over to it, or if your purchase is heavy in weight, they will assist with bringing it to your vehicle. came today to tractor supply to make a big purchase for my dad as it was his birthday. we entered the store knowing what we were going to purchase and walked around the whole store for about 10 minutes before we found katrina, who was extremely rude to us. first off she locked the safe code to the safe we wanted to purchase so she proceeded to try to tell us there were no more of the same safe. we told her that we found some out back and she wanted to sell us one that had damaged packaging that we did not want to purchase we asked for the safe right next to the damaged box and continued to tell us "it didn't matter". when a $500 purchase is being made, it does matter. we proceed to go inside and she yells at us from across the store "ARE YOU READY?" and demands us to move the car around the store. i asked her "is everything okay ma'am?" and she continued to yell at me "we close at 7 so i'm trying to wrap this up, are you with that guy?" i said "okay well we still have 10 minutes to make the purchase". we continue to come outside to get our safe and as she comes to lock the gate i politely asked for her name and says "no, i was not rude to you" when indeed she was. we come here often and to be treated like this is offensive. if it weren't for my dads birthday i would not have made the purchase because of katrina and the way she treated us. read more
