Pet Headquarters offers an amazing selection of food, treats, toys, collars, harnesses, and more. Every time I have had a question or need a suggestion, the people help me and never act like your question is a pain to them. They take the time and give you the information you need to help find the best food for your dog, cat, whatever. I recently adopted a Standard Poodle puppy and before I even brought him home, I called to talk with their groomer, Katie. She helped me so much as I have never been owned by a dog who needs grooming. I guarantee that as soon as Asher has all of his shots, he will go to Pet Headquarters for his trims and cuts. It is so important to have a place to go for your pets that isn't online, that is a place you can go to and trust. When I buy Asher's harness, they have the perfect one for him there and they have the colors to choose from. They even fitted one of my rescues with the right harness and collar for me. Also, they do amazing donations to the rescues in the area. I have brought them food for those places and they have a wonderful setup so the rescues can pick up needed food and treats. There were two spigots, one for cold and hot. I ignored the cold one but the hot one wouldn't stay warm. It kept going cold. I cut short the bath and just rinsed him. Another person bathing her dog next to mine had the same issues. I will not return here.

Not easy to grind the nails of a quivering chihuahua that looks like she is being tortured. We came here with our adoption coupon book to get our newly adopted Miss Loki her swag and necessities. The staff were so excited for us and made our Gotcha Day even more fun! Some of the staff work/volunteer, at the Yavapai Humane Society, and instantly recognized Miss Loki(Kiwi), dropping to the floor to cuddle and play with her. As much as I appreciate the outstanding staff, I do wish they had more of a unique selection, in pet items. Even if these items were offered as a special order. I asked the store manager "Mike" if this would be honored if I purchased the mower to which he said yes but they do not have it in stock so he would have to order it. So I purchased the mower & was told that the bagging system was ordered. I was given the receipt for the mower but no receipt for the bagging system. I asked for a receipt and was told don't worry I'll call you when it comes in... I said I would love to take the hand shake deal but unfortunately in this day & age that doesn't mean much so I would need a receipt. I was reluctantly provided with a receipt that took 45 minutes to produce & took the mower home, since then I have stopped by weekly and asked Mike if it has come in yet, every week being told not yet. This past Thursday I stopped in and Mike wouldn't even come out of the office, he sent a young girl out to tell me that he would send another email to see if it's on its way. Come on really?? I can order anything from anywhere in the world and get it delivered to my door in a week so why do I not have the bagging system for my mower yet??
