Stepped into the store a few months ago for the first time. It knocked my socks off! They have so many things to look at in here from livestock feed, gardening supplies, decor for your yard, birdfeeders, clothing, plants in the summer, and gloves for the winter. I only buy 3 items at this store and they always have them in stock. I buy two of each item and last time I went they only had one left. Ran into an employee and asked him if they had any left he immediately said meet me out front after you pay for your items and I will have a pallet full for you there. 5 minutes later I paid for my items and went out front and the pallet was waiting for me as promised. Tractor supply is a great business to find quality gardening tools as well as a selection of work clothes. I enjoy just like ok'ing around in this store because of the various unique farm/ ranch items. Even if you don't have a sizable piece of land with a few or lots of animals. A smaller watering trough or tank works great for a large bbq to store all your beverages when you load it with ice!! Ok my older days being raised on a ranch are coming through. So maybe that's why I like this store. Yep they have something for everybody even a great selection of toys for them there youngsters. Where else can you buy hard rubber detailed farm animals? And if you're a sucker for good old candy that you can't find anywhere else well this is the place. Also don't forget to fill your propane tanks here. I just love this store. Tractor Supply - Entrance. - Pet Stores Near Me - Prescott, Arizona

Over a month ago I purchased a toro 54" riding mower from tractor supply in Prescott AZ. The mower had a sign with an offer of a $1000 bagging system free with purchase of the mower. I asked the store manager "Mike" if this would be honored if I purchased the mower to which he said yes but they do not have it in stock so he would have to order it. So I purchased the mower & was told that the bagging system was ordered. I was given the receipt for the mower but no receipt for the bagging system. I asked for a receipt and was told don't worry I'll call you when it comes in... I said I would love to take the hand shake deal but unfortunately in this day & age that doesn't mean much so I would need a receipt. I was reluctantly provided with a receipt that took 45 minutes to produce & took the mower home, since then I have stopped by weekly and asked Mike if it has come in yet, every week being told not yet. This past Thursday I stopped in and Mike wouldn't even come out of the office, he sent a young girl out to tell me that he would send another email to see if it's on its way. Come on really?? I can order anything from anywhere in the world and get it delivered to my door in a week so why do I not have the bagging system for my mower yet?? Sunday 7/7 10:51 am I went in to purchase dog food and treats. My card was "declined twice" Samantha at the register claimed they system just times out. By the 3rd time it went through. Later that evening upon checking my bank account ALL THREE charges were posted. I called tractor supply and they gave me customer services #, Monday I called customer service, who sent me back to the store!! Monday evening I spoke with Philip the manager who was VERY rude to me and they again claim there's only charge. I showed him my banking in which the charges are posted NOT PENDING. still no resolve. I have since disputed them with my bank and am looking into buying my dog feed elsewhere. Just Rude and ionvenient when it's their mistake. read more

Extremely disappointed with Prescott, Tractor Supply. I purchased a 30-gallon compressor, which was so heavy it took 3 men to load it in my truck. The manager, and two other men seemed very nice. After loading it into the bed of my truck, one of the men asked if I wanted him to lay it down. The manager said no to leave it where it was. He went on to say it was my job to move it where I wanted it, and strap it down. I laughed thinking he was kidding, and not expecting a woman to move this compressor. I realized he was serious, and asked if they would expect their wives or girlfriends to strap down a compressor. No answer, so I told them I didn't want it, to unload it. I went back in the store and gave them my debit card for them to credit my checking account. The manager never apologized, I don't understand why they didn't tell me their policy before I purchased it. I called Tractor Supply the next day to find out when the $591 would be credited back to my checking account. The manager told me it could take 3-5 days. Are you kidding me! I have shopped at Tractor Supply for years, and can not believe this. I will NO longer be shopping there. Olsen's, and Cal Ranch appreciate their customers. read more

Horrible customer service and management. Don't even place a curbside pickup. It offends them and they won't prioritize it so you'll roast in your vehicle waiting. Cal Ranch has much better customer care and makes you feel welcome. read more

Absolutely love this place. They have so much helpful stuff. I don't like to go to Olsen's. This is my next best bet in the area, other then maybe Warrens sometimes. If you're local to the greater Prescott Area you know what I mean. Glad and Very Grateful to have them around. read more

Shelves half- empty, junk merchandise and an employee who was rude to my asian wife. Will never set foot in there again.

I love the store. I come here probably four or six times a month. The staff is always friendly. Peyton was my cashier tonight and was so helpful with dog food products and helped carry my stuff to the car. I will always come back here especially since the store is very clean. The bathrooms are always spectacular the prices are a lot better than the competition. read more

Best prices in town for many of the small farm needs. All the weed control and horse/goat items are far more reasonable prices than other locations in the Prescott area. The selection of items is great. read more
