They carry higher end residential and commercial grade products. Much higher quality and competitive prices with the big box stores. And who likes digging around with irrigation issues?? The labor is the hard and expensive part thus paying a little more for a high quality product is in my opinion solid advice. They also have great expert advice by all of their employees. I rely on the products heavily since I spend part time here at our home in Prescott the balance in Hawaii. All of the old parts from big box stores have failed in one to two years but since I've replaced them. Well going on three to five years!!! They also carry great tan colored grated that match DG thus improve the looks and do not fade like the green color.

I called and called to try to work some thing out and have it hauled off, but was told to pay $25 (I am 5 miles away!) and the owner was rude and never called me back. She just had her secretary talk to me. I think they took advantage of a woman homeowner and just gave me a bunch of junk that was returned ot them. They did not screen it or care if I got what I could use. A big waste of $350.00 and had to hire extra help to get it all in the back. They insisted I saw the materiel and knew what I was getting, but the junk and mud was hidden in the middle,a d they knew they also gave me a scrapper full, which I could not see as it was on the bottom after they dumped it- defiantly sneaky and very mean! they dumped it in the drive before I could think about what was happening. So mean to do this to someone. They are probably nicer to their commercial customers. Do not ever go there ---I mean, lying about the the price in the first place!

I bought a Yard/Ton Of arena sand…read more Apparently you sell it by the ton rather than by the yard because if you wet it down in the evening the excess moisture around the pile evaporates by the time you open in the morning. I drive my truck on to the scale the guy loading me only dumped 1/2 the 1 yard bucket before leaving to top off the bucket only to again dump 1/2 the bucket in my truck. I get back home to remove the sand from my truck by backing up fast and slamming on the brakes to get the sand to start sliding out the back the sand has soo much water in it that nothing moved. I go back to Earthworks and talk to the assistant manager about this and ask for 10% off my bill and he tells me that all other suppliers in the area sell sand by weight not volume and he's not going to help me. Well since I'm up losing sleep over this and letting you know before I call the Arizona Department of weights and measures this morning at 8AM. It wasn't a big purchase Hell I had you guys deliver all my driveway rock for my property. After this I will never go back there for anything.
