March 25th 2 yd of Red Rock was delivered to the front yard of my home. When I ordered the Rock I told them that I wanted the rock placed where the existing small pile of rock was located under the tree. Everything seemed to be understood. When I finally got back to my house I saw where the rock had been placed on a different colored Rock area instead of where I wanted it. I called them up complaining about this and all I got was " I'm sorry ". I told him he should make that right because that Red Rock got mixed in with White Rock. He understood how mad I was but was not willing to make it right. So now it's going to cost me twice as much to fix what's wrong and my house is up for sale and that's going to be another problem to deal with. As far as I'm concerned the driver who delivered this should have had his butt chewed out a lot more. read more

Update, the owner would not refund me any money for the dirty, rock filled DG. He even admitted that it was bad. Well I contacted my credit card company. I explained the facts. Ended up getting 50 % of cost refunded. That is what I was asking for from the beginning. Got back $265.00. Never give up, use your credit card so you have some recourse. read more

Wow, what a great company! This is our first time dealing with this company and we won't go anywhere else from now on. Jacob was great keeping in touch with me thru out the day. After the huge monsoons one of their trucks got stuck in the mud on a delivery and this pushed all their appts back. They brought in another driver, Kelly, who ended up being just as great! One load of "decorative rock" was picked up directly from the quarry, and delivered without any screening of fines. It was almost exclusively chips and dust NOT 3/4 inch rock as ordered. The other load that came from their lot was exactly what we wanted, however they refused to make it right and only offered 1 to 2 tons instead of replacement of full amount of bad rocks. In our experience, Willow Lake can't be trusted and offers substandard quality of product. Would recommend NOT using them at all cost! read more

I would give them zero stars if it would let me. My delivery was over 2 hours late( I had to pay my laborers 2 hours to stand around), one of the rocks I ordered they couldn't get the right size (told me day of) every bit of communication was initiated by me. I spent $1500 on 25 tons of rock. When I was finally able to get ahold of the owner, he told me he could credit me back $97 & not a penny more because he has no margin with this product.
