Rude! We called this business to provide as estimate and possible installation for our master closet. First, they never called back and said they had no record of the call. My husband called back to recontact and possibly schedule. He spoke with Rebecca who said they do not work on the weekend and leave at 4 pm. My husband said, "Well my wife doesn't get off work until 5." She said, "Then I guess we don't need to do business." Then hung up. I guess they only do business with rich folk who don't have jobs. Estimator was rude, angry and unprofessional. He didn't listen to my built-in needs. I asked if the company was still owned by the same people that did all of my extensive built-ins years ago and, for some unknown reason, his demeanor totally changed. Rocky was the sales rep who came to the house to take the measurements and give me a bid on the project! He did a wonderful job! We recently moved to Chino Valley and needed laundry room cabinets installed. We visited the showroom and had a great conversation with Rocky about our options. He came out and measured, plans finalized, price reasonable. Fabrication time was quick and within a couple weeks we had our cabinets. I recently contracted for garage shelving from this company. I was excited at their product and looking forward to get shelving for my new home. On the day I expected them to arrive for the installation they did not. I was told by the office person Rebecca that she had called me and I told her I was not available that day and rescheduled. I did speak with her but I never told her I was not available that day, in fact I was excited when she called because the install day was much sooner than they originally promised. I was not happy as I had spent about 10 days moving boxes around in my two garages (boxes from our move) to make space for them to work. In any case I did leave that information about them on Yelp and it apparently set them off on the deep end. Yesterday I got a Notice of intent to put a lien on my property if I did not pay them (the full amount of our contract) within 10 days. Mind you I had nothing from them but they had over $2500 from me; 1/2 of the total for a deposit. I responded to the legal form on line putting it in dispute and letting them know a false lien would result in legal fines and fees to them. Later that day a man, who I later came to discover was the father of Rocky the installer, called and tried to tell me initiating this process was "standard business procedure" in Arizona. I told he of course it was not. They were simply trying to intimidate me. He insisted saying "I am only trying to protect my business" to which I responded "from what?? you have half of the money and I have nothing". I told him in any case we have as install date and I have agreed to it and will pay them in full upon completion. I'm sure most of you are aware that an Intent to put a Lien is only begun when the homeowners refuses to pay for materials or labor. This was not the case on this project. The call ended but he called back about a half hour later and said he wanted to cancel the whole deal because "he thought it best" and they would refund my money. I asked him to put that statement in writing to which he refused. He also told me he was NOT the one who initiated this notice of lien which leaves me to believe it was his son who did so. Highly unethical. I have never had an experience such as this although I have remodeled homes in California using many dozens of workers. I can't imagine this company standing behind their work if this is how they operate. There is an expression "buyer beware". As of this morning I have not seen a refund but I have no hesitation to begin a suit of my own in small claims court so we will see. That is my experience. read more

We moved from a larger house to a smaller one in Prescott. We needed cabinets for the garage, a large shoe rack in our closet and some drawers where there were shelves. Rocky came out and gave us a quote and yesterday they installed them. We are very pleased with the workmanship and quality. These are not inexpensive but they are worth it and they will last. We Organize - U in Chino Arizona advertised in a Prescott local coupon book. Custom cabinet manufacturing and advertising "stop by to see our showroom". We went to the facility only to find no showroom offered for us to see after we asked to see examples and an older gentleman (using the term gentleman loosely) was pushing us to go to lowes instead of his business although he had no idea of nor did he ask about our budget, which is substantial. We are in our early 60's dressed nicely and driving a nice vehicle. We thought all of this odd and proceeded to leave, first letting our well behaved dogs out for a short break before we left. The "gentleman" came out of the "showroom" that apparently didn't exist and asked if we thought we were in a dog park, said he was concerned about a small lawn nearby. The dogs never went to the bathroom, never approached him but were just sniffing around. We understood his concern about the lawn and I scooped up the dogs. He then said "don't come back". We did nothing to deserve this very rude encounter at his place of business that is nothing like in the advertisement. We would suggest that We Organize -U in Chino Arizona be avoided, not as advertised, rude and condescending to customers. read more
