When we couldn't get…read morea response from other kitchen stores (including the big box stores) after they came and measured, Prescott Kitchens was on the ball. Initially we thought we would paint existing 1980's cabinets and try to match them with something similar to add more. They showed us what they could offer, and were entirely low pressure and patient. David came out to measure and created a design. We worked together to modify it and decided to buy new cabinets we were so thrilled with the design. There was a modification needed and they custom built a wine cabinet. We ordered the cabinets and they arrived as scheduled. The installers said two weeks to demo, take out a wall, drywall and install the cabinets. They completed right on schedule. They also noted a slight flaw in one of the cabinets and replaced it. We are thrilled with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend Dennis and Sandy McKeown, David the designer and Herb the installer! Bill Gullette Carrie Bida

I highly recommend The Door and Window store. Yes, sometimes they are busy. I always take a picture or the piece of the door I need which is pain full as my doors are solid wood 32 x 80 inches and extremely heavy. I find that if you give respect you get respect. Many times I hear customers that are clueless about what they need, using improper technology and expect the staff to be mind readers. I called and spoke with Zack (didn't mention our previous interaction at another property) and we made an appointment and he showed up when he said he would - a good start considering previous experience. He then advised me that he didn't have material on his truck for the repair, but would have the screens ready later in the week by Friday. Friday morning comes and I've not heard anything from Zack. Around 1p I called The Mobile Screen Shop and left a message asking about the screens and for a call back. Zack returned my call about an hour later, apologizing for not being in touch - I kind of felt (based on what he said) that my screens were forgotten about, but said Steve would be by my house later with them. Steve did in fact show up as promised with the screens - all good. In the end, it all worked out, yet I still can't help but feel like this is a side gig for these folks or something? I feel like if I hadn't called to follow up yesterday afternoon I would still be without my screens. Lastly, I should add that Zack called me after my initial review a year ago and apologized for the misunderstanding which is why I decided to give them another chance this last time.
