Ended up moving into another house and needed some screens re-screened and thought I'd give them another chance. I called and spoke with Zack (didn't mention our previous interaction at another property) and we made an appointment and he showed up when he said he would - a good start considering previous experience. He then advised me that he didn't have material on his truck for the repair, but would have the screens ready later in the week by Friday. Friday morning comes and I've not heard anything from Zack. Around 1p I called The Mobile Screen Shop and left a message asking about the screens and for a call back. Zack returned my call about an hour later, apologizing for not being in touch - I kind of felt (based on what he said) that my screens were forgotten about, but said Steve would be by my house later with them. Steve did in fact show up as promised with the screens - all good. In the end, it all worked out, yet I still can't help but feel like this is a side gig for these folks or something? I feel like if I hadn't called to follow up yesterday afternoon I would still be without my screens. Lastly, I should add that Zack called me after my initial review a year ago and apologized for the misunderstanding which is why I decided to give them another chance this last time. read more

Had Zack come out a few weeks ago to give me an estimate. He did a thorough walk-around and send me a very competitive estimate a few evenings later. Steve and Zack came out last week and did an excellent job of re-screening my entire house (21 windows) and my Arizona room. (Which had some difficult angles to cut due to the shape of the windows.) I needed an uncooperative screen door repaired. Zach called back straight away. We made an appointment. He came but couldn't repair it immediately, so he took the door with him and came back later that day and reinstalled a perfectly functioning door. Professional. Courteous. Pleasant. Fairly priced. We called and the same day he came by to estimate what it would cost to fix a screen door that was not only stuck, but would not close right before it got stuck. He FIXED IT on the spot and charged us twenty bucks. He advised us to get heavy silicone lubricant for it and of course, keep the track clean(which we already knew and did) and he was so professional and kind! I highly recommend this place. read more

This is a great local company with which to business. I called and left approximate screen measurement on the voice mail. The next day, I received a message with the cost to make a screen. It was half the price quoted by another company and not much more than getting a DYI screen making kit. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was informed that it would probably be a couple of weeks. However since the tech was doing other jobs in my area in a couple days, he might be able do the job at the end of his scheduled workload. Two days later, at 4pm I got a call from John saying he would be at my residence in 10 minutes. Twenty minutes after his arrival, my new, perfectly fitting screen was on the window. read more

We had recently purchased a resale home that was about 10 years old and many of the screens were torn, warped or had crack/broken corners. I called Mobile Screen and John (the installer/owner) came out early the following week ready to start work. The price was less than I had budgeted and he even found a way to reduce the price further by taking my screens to his shop and salvaging the cross pieces and only replacing the corners. We had a good rain start the next day when he was scheduled to return. He called day about 15 minutes before his appointment and I expected him to reschedule but he said he'd get the screens installed on time as planned (even in the rain).
