When we had our new home finished in late 2021, Prestige Doors installed two guardian security doors (G115), one at the front and one at the back door. We really liked the well-built, strong bug proof doors. The painted finish is very professionally and well done. With the deadbolt keyed the same as our doors, it is very convenient. In fact, friends of ours ask about the doors. At various times of the year, we leave the interior doors open for ventilation. The hinges are welded to prevent tampering. You can adjust the swing of the door so that when you walk through it, it closes gently with a satisfying "clunk" of the steel latch onto the steel frame. With a full glass patio door at the back of the house, we feel very secure. We liked the doors so much, we ordered one for our exterior side door to allow more ventilation. Measuring and installation was professionally done and done right. Everything went very well, from scheduling both the measurement to installation. They called and set the appointments, and called before arriving. Ordering online was quck and easy. The only thing are the deadbolts are very "dry", even to the point of making it difficult to put your key in the lock. I lubricated all three of my deadbolts with Tri-Flo (doesn't attract dirt) and they are very slick to operate, with and without the key. I know several people who had Prestige doors installed. We had a great experience with sales and installation. The door is beautiful and well constructed. The only negative is I am left to touch up paint on the interior door jamb. I wish it had been pointed out or the installer had offered to do the touch up. About as good as it gets here. We are glad we chose Prestige Doors. We had an old security door that was installed when the house was build in 1985. The kind of door that you can't see out or in when you open the interior door. We chose a simple style because we had an interior double doors with beautiful cut glass showing pine trees. When Prestige came to take out those old doors, we were surprised that there was nothing behind them to attach the new doors to. Maybe some foam insulation and a couple of shims but nothing else. So Prestige said they would wait while we made some repairs. They came back out and made sure their door would still fit after the repairs were made. Finally the new doors are installed and look fantastic. James did the installation and we were very happy with his explanation on how the doors and locking systems works. read more

These door are anything but secure! I paid $2,600.00 for basically glorified screen doors. The salesman kept directing me away from the steel mesh panel I wanted. He never once told me they offered stainless steel screen mesh screens instead of flimsy screen. Since I couldn't get the steel mess panels I succumbed to the screen as he convinced me the steel bars were strong and secure and no one could squeeze through! Wrong!! .They too are flimsy! I can cut through with a metal blade in five minutes! Much more flimsy than what I viewed in the show room. I did order double locks thank god but even the locks are flimsy! .I ordered a wolf and agave look for the back door, the wolf is tiny and the agave looks more like a marijuana plant. ..I ordered a road runner for the front door but they somehow forgot to add the road runner so there is a hole instead that a child or small adult can climb through! He did deduct the 50.00 dollars for the road runner they forgot...but secure is NOT what I feel or have!!! I wanted to support a local business and support american made but now I regret not making the trip to Lowes or Home depot! I could have saved 2000.00 dollars and had REAL security!! I called the owner of this company hoping for some resolution and he refused to help me at all...unless of coarse I wanted to PAY more money.....5 thumbs down for Prescott Security Doors!! read more

Had doors installed this past summer. The doors are wonderful. Have an small area where when having he house painted the door had blue tape and the finish peeled off. Called three weeks ago, talked to BOB but no body called back to address issue. Will call again guess I should put some primer on the exposed bare steel until they honor their 'Life Time' warranty. read more

We live "over the hill" in the Verde Valley. When we moved here from Illinois, we started to search for a security door. We looked at many, including the big box stores, but we weren't impressed.
