The manager Brian ( I think, he's the manager) works very efficiently and was able to answer any questions I had. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and they even had a little coffee station. I paid $1600 for the service. About a week later, the front tire on the passenger side falls off my car (due to improperly installed lug nuts) while it's in motion. This caused extensive damage that ended up totaling my car. The company accepted full liability, but once they learned that the damage would cost more to fix than the value of my car, they were no longer willing to fix it. The claims department offered a settlement for what they deemed to be the value of the car. Although, I was financing the vehicle, so I could not accept it. Aside from the eventual conclusion of the car being deemed a total loss, I had to deal with a tow truck driver threatening to impound my car due to not being paid by Firestone. I also had to deal with Enterprise Rental Car threatening to charge my debit card since they hadn't been paid either. Both situations took emotional distress and anger on my part to resolve. The accident happened in October of 2025 and my car wasn't fully evaluated and totaled out until February of 2026. This was a long, drawn out, tragedy that I was made to pay out of pocket for due to the circumstances. Go ANYWHERE else!

The eggs are terrific, you can get pasture-raised, cage free or just standard eggs. The fruit is hit or miss, and the selection of veg is limited but what there is, is excellent. I buy the mini peppers, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, all excellent. Alas, the onions and potatoes are in larger bags than I can use. So I have a friend who likes to split some orders with me. Milk is more difficult, cottage cheese is only in large tubs. Good for a family, not so good if you are a single person or even a duo. There are prepared foods, and party trays. And the sushi is good though it tends to have some kind of hot sauce on it (local preference.) The baked goods are so good, we gift our clients the pies at holiday time, and the cakes are also good. Previously, for our pie giveaway, we had gone up to Costco (a horror show in horror-show Christiana) and the pies weren't any better and were priced a bit more. Getting in and out of Dover Sam's is a piece of cake compared to dealing with Christiana. If you are trying to stretch a dollar or you are doing entertaining, this place is a gold mine. I haven't done much with the non-food items except bought slippers. The dog food is also the one my pooches like and costs less per can. The lines can be long; the self checkout will have an associate to help you and even the full-service line moves quickly. There is "scan and go" but I haven't tried this out (I think you scan items with your phone and it tots up your order as you get ready to depart.) I went two days before Christmas Eve (I know, crazy) and it was quite bearable, though you couldn't get near the rotisserie chickens--the line for the freshly made ones was down an entire aisle. The associates I have dealt with have all been extremely friendly. Summary: If you have a big family or do a great deal of entertaining, the membership will pay for itself many times over. You may find the quality is better than the local grocery store.

Take note I never heard this sound prior to this visit. I contacted the shop in Camden, DE and asked what happened to my tire, because I didn't have this problem prior to their service? I was told to bring it back and of course the owners gave me a whole bunch of bull and I would need another repair totally unrelated to the last $1,600 I just had paid for service. Fast forward - the same tire began to lose air, so I took it to the Mercedes dealer in Wilmington, DE. I was told the whole rim and tire had to be replaced. After paying $1,700 to them I drove the car home and immediately all these messages began showing up on the console and the car was hard to steer. I called Wilmington Mercedes to let them know and said, "The tire sensors need to be checked." The associate said, bring it back in and we'll take a look. Well, a whole day went by, and I hadn't heard from the guy I had been dealing with. So, I finally decided to call to find out what was going on. I spoke to Brad who said, "Oh I was the who took care of your diagnostic today. And it's not that bad. It's your ESP sensor, it has to be replaced and it's going to cost you $3,000." I let Mr. Brad know that his services where no longer needed and I went to retrieve my car. I stumbled upon Mr. Tire Auto service a few days later - and Mr. Robert greeted me with a welcoming hello and smile. Approx. 40 min later I was told Mrs.R there is nothing wrong with your sensors and there's no charge. When I got back in my car all the messages were gone and the car has been functioning beautifully!!!! It appears that after Wilmington Mercedes changed the tire they did not clear the codes in hopes I would be foolish enough not to know what the real deal was. Shame on them! I already knew what was going on. Another mechanic in the past had already told me about clearing codes and tire sensors. I can't express how grateful and thankful I am for Mr. Tire's honesty!!!!! All I can say is people do your homework. Educate yourself by reading your car manuals, review videos and pray that God places you in the paths of honest people who stand on integrity!!! They had a new employee perform the tire rotation and you could tell from the beginning that she didn't know what she was doing. She stripped one of my lug-nuts. I wound up being there for hours because they couldn't get the tire off. They had to order a new lug nut. I drive my car extensively for work. She barely finished doing the job. She was ready to have my car pulled out for f the bay before they realized she made a huge mistake. They had to put the wheels on the side they started back to their original position. I had to leave with 1 missing lug nut. They had to order a new lug nut for me. So now I have to return. This was a disgrace. I don't have a problem with a female preforming this job as long as she's experienced which she wasn't and monitored since she's a new employee. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional! Had my car towed from Milford to them because they are a mile from my house and they had replaced…read morethe tire that blew out 2 years ago (no problems at that time, so wanted to give them repeat business). It was after hours so I called to leave a message and there was no way to leave a message so I stopped by early in the morning to leave a note with my number and what time I would be back. Got there and the tire was already replaced. I didn't realize they were cash only so I went to get cash and returned. So far so good. I drove the car less than 5 miles all day on the same roads I drive daily. I was on my way out to run an errand and a half mile from my house the low pressure warning light came on... so I stopped by thinking maybe they just needed to top off the air because it was so hot out. Nope... there was a nail in the tire that had just been replaced (what are the odds). They pulled the nail and plugged the hole after asking jokingly how I'd picked a nail up so fast and then said my street has a lot of construction (it doesn't) and people pick up nails on it all of the time (lived on the same street 46 years and never picked a nail up). Actually, I've never picked a nail up in any car I've ever driven so how odd that the very first time it happened it would be on the tire that was just replaced today. They tried to charge me to fix the tire that I'm thinking had a nail in it when they put it on. Maybe I'm just a dumb chick to them and they figured I wouldn't think about it. Maybe don't tell the owner that this cost him the sale of 8 tires for 2 cars and 4 tires for my truck. Side note... the tow truck driver warned me that they are known for selling tires that have problems with dry rot. I told him this was a temporary fix because I was planning to get 4 new tires soon. There are plenty of places to buy tires (new and used)... this business will never be bothered with me again.
