I had the Farmers Market Omelet with their regular breakfast potatoes and asked to try one of their biscuits instead of the toast. It was fresh and delicious - I would happily order it again. My hubby had the Downtown burrito and ate it up! He also enjoyed one of their Bloody Mary's. We also tried the mascarpone French toast- that was our least favorite and we would not order that again but I want to try prickly pear French toast next time. This was our first time at Tipsy Egg, and it definitely won't be our last! It's a great spot for breakfast or brunch. One thing to keep in mind is that parking can be a bit challenging since it's located in downtown Chandler. We arrived around 10 a.m., and the restaurant was packed, so our food took a little while to come out. Honestly, though, it was worth the wait. I have frequented downtown Chandler for many years but had not yet been to Tipsy Egg so I wanted to check it out. We were able to be promptly seated and the rest out of party arrived shortly after we did. Very cute decor and the booth we were seated in was cozy despite a pesky bee from the outdoor window harassing us. I'm only not giving a high star rating solely for the service. It was not super busy as it was 1 hour or so before closing time; but it took near 30 minutes to receive all of our cocktails and during that wait time, our server did not come back to take our orders so we then had to wait longer. The food was exceptional, I ordered the Green Chile Cornbread Benedict with a side of crispy potatoes. We loved Tipsy Egg so much, we came here twice! The first time, I stopped in by myself and met the amazing manager, Ansariah. She was super personable and took time to explain the menu. She recommended the biscuits and gravy which was a huge portion and absolutely delicious along with the potatoes and an espresso martini that was perfection. It was so good that I had to bring my husband back the very next day! We tried the mimosa flight, the Santa Fe omelet, and the Benedict and everything was amazing. Came here for Father's Day. Food took 45 minutes to come out. I know a lot of people exaggerate timing because I am in the service industry but this was not the case. The pregnant lady ran out the food and we simply asked what took so long and her response was "Travis can you come deal with this man I'm not gonna get cussed out" it was very weird. No one cussed or yelled at her. Travis the manger came over and said "no actually it took 20 minutes and it's Father's Day and I'm on an hour and a half wait" another extremely weird response. Does service just go to crap when you're busy? No one came to tell us that the kitchen was backed up and food would be out shortly, we sat there for 45 minutes with zero update. I work at a restaurant in Scottsdale that is extremely busy and service and timing is still on point. It was one of the weirdest interactions I've ever had and the most unprofessional interactions I've ever experienced in the area. My daughter had been wanting to go here for months due to the cute chicken on the shell outside. We finally decided to pull the trigger and we are so happy we did. This has become our favorite breakfast place, the service is incredible we have a favorite server (has nice tattoos) I regrettable don't remember the name of but will update later as we will be back but her amazing personality is a staple when we come she always goes above and beyond and is friendly to my daughter. Wow what a place to visit for brunch! Stopped in for the first time, hubby and I were seated with our dog outside in a nice patio out front! I ordered their tipsy breakfast which came with 2 eggs, bacon, and sourdough bread. It also comes with any sides so I chose French toast. It was very tasty. The eggs were cage free with a very deep color yolk. It was rich tasting and I loved it. I polished off my plate with their freshly squeezed orange juice. It was a very satisfying meal. Staying in old town, the Hilton, wanted to walk to a b-fast place and they had some good reviews. Glad we tried it, well worth it. Was an early Friday and wasn't to crowded, our waitress Mac/Mackenzie was stellar! Made our meal so enjoyable. Needed some hair of the dog from the previous antics the night before, so a full bar was a welcome sight. Well, two of us visited tipsy egg on Thursday we both had the Southwest skillet was smaller than we expected, but had a lot of food in it and the flower tortilla really helped out. The food was good but super disappointed in their misleading menu and servers. Ordered just a traditional breakfast - 2 eggs, protein, choice of side and choice of bread. When I asked what the sides were she pointed to the menu that showed everything from an extra egg to potatoes, pancakes, french toast, etc. So I got the french toast. When the bill came there was an extra $4 charge. When I told the server i thought it came with the side she just said "oh." Later the manager came by and when I asked him he said "yeah the menus are a little misleading. It's the potatoes and one other thing that doesnt cost extra. It has a nice breakfast vibe but the bar and menu show the adult beverage items that bow to the name. Skipping those, I went to the food menu and saw many great options for eggs or pancakes. I went with the Santa Fe Sunrise Omelet which included 3 eggs, Roasted green chiles, pepper jack cheese, caramelized onions, bacon and an avocado crema on top. It also came with choice of a side and toast. I went with the Sourdough which is from local bakery, Noble Bread and was delicious. I also skipped the potato with cheese side option for the healthier fruit. The fruit was fresh and the pineapple was particularly sweet. To top it all, the service was enhanced by the very bubbly personality of Alondra, my server. She also shared my passion for bread making which made the stop even more pleasurable. I've been wanting to order this place for months but they never pick up their phone. When it took four times to get this place to pick up, I should have just stopped calling. But I called once more and they finally replied. The takeout wasn't even very good. The Filet Tips & Eggs were decent, but the steak tasted lower quality than "filet mignon", and the chimichurri was a bit overpowering. My Mom said her "Tipsy Breakfast" was just okay as well. Found this place on Instagram. Been wanting to try it since a while. The place was a nice casual set up, little modern look. At the entrance it was a small counter with some bakery items for sale. It was quite crowded but got a seat right away, it was a little loud as well. Maybe it was just that day. The server was really friendly and patient with us, and the service by itself was quite fast. My friend ordered the biscuits and gravy, I tried it a little later, it was a little soggy but when I asked my friend she mentioned the same. The portions on the biscuit and gravy was quite large. On the sides I got the French toast knew it was a small upcharge but was more than what I expected it when comparing it to the pricing on the sides to the potatoes.
