To start, location is cute. They have some fish in the front, and all the colors in the books. I…read morewas brought right back and told to sit down with my daughter (she got the kids polish), I went in for a fill. The nail tech had to have been new or something, but from the start there was no how are you? How's your day going? Do you want anything to drink? (They offered it to the lady behind me, he chose to not offer me one for some reason), just no hospitality. He first started sanding off the old polish, which he burnt me with the drill multiple times. REMINDER I went in for a fill. Why did it take an hour plus to just finish the acrylic. He didn't even start the polish until 20 mins before I left. Which clearly shows the rush job. I told him I wanted the inspo EXACTLY (I even said I don't care about the price), he chose to cheap out and no use gems like the photo, and shitty painted on the moon, and two stars. Overall this place is trash. Don't go, the techs suck, they won't match the photo, and they'll burn tf out of your nail instead. And you can clearly see in the photos of my nails that he got glitter all over the other nails, he didn't take his time to do polish. See the photos of the close ups, don't give this place your money. I choose to go to the place since the reviews were older and maybe they got better.

This place is amazing!! I had the BEST experience there today. Amy was my wonderful beautiful nail…read moretech and she did a perfect incredible job. My sister in law recommended this place and very happy she did! Facts: when you first walk in the atmosphere is very relaxing, even though they were busy. (Great sign). I was warmly greeted by the sweet woman behind the register helping another guest. She helped me check in easily on their kiosk which took about a minute tops. I checked in as a full set, and she showed me to their nail polish area and guided me to their gel polish baskets. I expected to wait awhile! But about 5 minutes later, Amy came and told me she was ready for me! The service: Amy has clearly been doing nails a long time and has perfected her craft. After chatting with her I could also tell she has a real passion for her profession!! Next time she going to do some kitty designs on me! Am so excited for that! She says she does it all- powder dipped, designs you name it! She was SO FAST. Also I barely knew she was doing my nails. She has a very gentle touch and nothing hurt at any time ever. Contrary to other places I have been that really can drill down hard... you know what I am talking about ladies!! Overall this was THE MOST pleasant experience I have ever had getting my nails done. Pro Tip: They have a point system too for return clients - super nice!! I will post some more feedback on that when I can. Sorry yelpers- was selfishly enjoying my awesome experience! My appointment took an hour and cost $45 plus a $10 tip. I paid for the service with my credit card and tipped cash. Hands down ***** FIVE STARS and satisfied client. Will be returning again!! Thanks again Amy so much!

She scheduled me an appointment and when I arrived, I was seen promptly. Every single one of the employees are nice and professional. Even with this snafu, I would come back. Mainly because of how professional they handled the situation. Let me start by saying, the facility was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and the lead technician communicated very effectively. The problem was the final result of my nails. I got the dip powder. It took two hours to get my nails done and they weren't rushed; there were two other clients besides myself. She didn't know the steps properly. The lead tech had to tell her. I'm all for people learning their trade; at the same time, I feel you should be competent and confident in the process to do a decent job. She left dried powder under my nails, even though I asked her to clear it. There are dips in a few of my nails from uneven grinding/sanding/filing. And one nail, she touched to see if it was dry, and it left a mark. When she was doing the coats, she wasn't even putting on a full coat of the gel. I'm not satisfied at all. I tried to be polite and ask her when she was doing it to fix it. I was trying to be patient, and kept thinking maybe tshe would fix it and it would look alright. However, I feel like she didn't know what she was doing and the end result is very shoddy work. I'm kind of upset because getting my nails done is a treat for me. And I feel like I just wasted $35.

Vibe: Walking in, it feels very chill and smells great! Decorate is pretty and relaxing. Service: very friendly and obliging. I was a walk-in as I found myself two hours to spare suddenly and in need of something pampering and relaxing. I'm also, an odd customer as I don't want polish but prefer to have my nails natural and buffed. They had no problem with doing that and the nail tech (I'm sorry his name has gone straight out of my head and I feel bad about that. I believe his name started with a Th...) didn't have a problem asking any questions along the way. Quality: my nail tech did a thorough job with my long forgotten feet and toenails and I'm very thankful.

My experience at this establishment was disappointing, to say the least (Brief synopsis of me:…read morecommunity-centered, kind, and neurodivergent). I only came in because I was looking for something quick. For starters, there were several times during my appointment where a staff member(s) would either 1) stand by the person doing my nails and talk to them specifically without acknowledging my presence and/or 2) stare at me from a distance with other staff members. Additionally, I noticed other customers staring at me as well. Nothing wrong with the stares perhaps; at the same time, there is a difference between looking at someone briefly and staring someone down. Again, I received "stares." All in all, I would say the "vibe" from a third person perspective (specifically, my perspective) was othering. The only reason I left a one star review is because the person who did my nails was excellent at doing their job. As someone who enjoys getting their nails done, I am very well versed in acrylic nails and what I like in them. So the person (Noah) was meticulous and patient. I enjoyed that. Additionally, I really love the finished product - I did not provide a picture because I want to make sure my words are acknowledged first and foremost. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is similar to my identity: Black, queer, neurodivergent, or (such as myself) ALL the above. Additionally, I would not recommend this establishment to individuals who are new to the world of acrylic nails. Suggestion (if you feel disappointed by this review and you're looking for someone to do your nails): invest in independent nail technicians! After this experience, I have realized that as an intentional kind of person, an independent nail technician may be the best way to go. I enjoy having conversation, and I believe independent nail technician's (depending on who you go to) may be able to provide that intentionality I am looking for.
