PLEASE READ!!!!!! I came in town to visit my mom for my birthday and my mom took me and my daughter to have a girls day to all get our nails done, they started off with my 6 year old daughters pedicure while I waited. then they did my pedicure while my mom got her full set done, my pedicure was good only complaint on that is for a $50 princess pedicure my feet we're not massaged my calf's were and felt great but no foot massage felt the service was done super quick ...then it was time for my full set that started off okay and Michelle was Very nice at first but VERY soon into the service I felt my service was being extremely rushed..I showed her a few pictures and finally decided on a design I trusted the process of her work because of all the artwork on the wall by her station but my design came out absolutely nothing like the picture. I've had marble done many many times before and it looked NOTHING like a marble design...when asked if I liked it I very very politely told her that I was not really happy with it then she told me she could just take it off and paint the nail one color and give me no design and I said well I know your In a hurry and short handed right now i understand but you don't have time to just do a different design on just those two nails please? and she told me no I don't have time because she had a customer waiting And was getting frustrated with me .... I felt like I was a problem because I didn't like it. a handful of people had walked in after us and she told them ALL she had time to do them but A little wait, so because of that my service was so rushed and I left with nails nothing like I wanted no design not even something simple .. I had very politely again expressed that I was a little upset and I didn't think it was right that as a paying customer who was there first with an appointment That I couldn't get done What I wanted And that I was being so rushed I left it at that we paid and left, After leaving the more and more I looked at my nails I realized how uneven the shape and length were and even the paint job, gel on my cuticles and nails not painted all the way on the sides, so I called back and very nicely asked if I could speak with the owner And I was not able to so they relayed my message, I simply said "I know you guys would not have time this evening, but if I could please come back the following day and just have them taken off and receive a refund I didn't want to be a pain and make her completely redo anything and I wasn't trying to get a free set of nails so I would just really like them taken off and I can get a refund for just my nails. They said no we don't give refunds they denied me off that and could care less to to fix anything, then after my many attempts to fix the issue and them showing no concern what so ever I voiced how horrible that is for customer service my mom left there spending $270 and you don't care to try to make anything right ? They said sorry and no refund and then told me how wrong I was for wanting to write a review.. it was my last resort for them to wanna fix the problem I asked would you rather have me right a review on my bad experience and I truly do not want to do that for everyone to see or just please take them off for me, it's not fair for me to spend $55 dollars on my nails and really not like them and be told I can't get a design..and then have to rip them off myself and have to go pay that again somewhere else to have them redone these were supposed to be a treat from my mom getting my birthday nails done a girls day, my first time getting my nails done finally after just having a baby and this is my experience.. all because she was so rushed taking on more then they can handle wanting quantity over quality and didn't care to fix anything before an unhappy customer leaving. she could care less that I was leaving un happy. By far worst experience iv had in a nail salon EVER! read more

I had a pedicure and eyebrows waxed by same tech, which she did a good job on the pedi. She put the wax and wax strips down too low on the eye and burned my eyelids which are very painful and burn terribly!! DO NOT RECOMMEND for any waxing! For the past 7 years my husband has bought me a gift certificate for Christmas to Posh Nails and I have never had this happen. This tech shouldn't be performing any wax services on ANYONE! Needless to say I'm LIVID read more

As a man, this is a nice place to go without being judged. I am border diabetic and my grandmother died due to complications from a foot injury. I've tried taking care of my feet really well and it never hurts to have a good foot massage. Huyen did a fantastic job! Well worth the $45 for pedicure, hot dtone massage, and sugar scrub. read more

I got dipped acrylic nails about week ago but ever since I got them they were hurting and they begin to crack. I've had my nails done in many places and have never had this problem. I went back in to get them removed and they said they Said they remove them for free if I got them re-done, but they accidentally put nail glue instead of oil on my hands so know my hands are covered in basically super glue and they still charge me! read more

I was visiting family from out of town, and saw that Posh Nails had awesome reviews. As soon as I walked in, everyone acknowledged me and greeted me with a friendly hello. Great first impression. I wish I could say the same good things about the overall experience. The lady who did my nails was friendly, but evidently inexperienced. She seemed like she knew what she was doing, but I quickly realized she is in the wrong business. As she was polishing my nails, she skipped the second coat on 1 of my nails. This was the first time I have experienced a manicurist that could not shape my chipped nails to make them look natural. After she was done, I was sent to the nail dryer where I sat for at least 15 minutes before checking my nails. The front desk guy checked and decovered to his suprise that my nails were still not dry. He told me to sit for 8 more minutes and added another quick-dry top coat. After 10 minutes I got up to pay and again to his surprise my nails were still not dry. He asked me to go sit back down at the dryer for 7 more minutes as he added some kind of aerosol spray and stated " wait another 3 minutes and I don't need to check on you again." I left after all this and 4 hours later, the polish was still not dry. She must have put thick coats that could not dry in a timely manor. Also, she had a slight shake to her hands, as if she was nervous. Friendly service, but not a job well done. Here is a picture of my manicure. read more

I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! Their service is horrible and unprofessional! This was my first visit and I expected a great outcome on my nails but I was highly dissatisfied!! Few of my nails are not smooth out right I don't like it and I wanted a discount for being burned and cut but I did not receive it! I got cut good on my left pinky which burned so bad after and during!Never going there again! read more

This place is disgusting. They used pre-used nail files on my nails, it looks like they haven't cleaned the place since 1941. Everything is covered in nail dust and I mean EVERYTHING! The pictures from the old reviews make this place seem very nice but it has definitely changed. The nail tech would just leave me sitting there, and then I waited 40 minutes for my nails to dry and they were still wet he told me to give them 10 more minutes when obviously they weren't going to dry and he left for lunch and the receptionist had to repaint them. She was very good but I still wouldn't go back there. read more

This is a tentative review. I am new to town and found past nails on yelp with good ratings. I called on Saturday and was told they could not make appointments because they were so busy they were only do walkins. Totally understand. I made an appointment for 12 noon on Sunday. When I got there I was told I needed to wait a few minutes while they finished a pedicure. Again totally understand. My appointment for a pedicure and basically a new set since I changed types of nail product took four hours. While I understand they were shortstaffed I still wasted half my day trying to get what is supposed to be relaxing time. Everyone was very kind. I asked what days they were this busy and they said Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the day. That's when I will make my next appointment. I wish they would continued with my services instead of working in people that had walked in. I spent a lot of time waiting between pedicure and manicure. I will return with a new review after my second visit. read more

So I first tried to call several times and the phone never went through. At this time I reached out on Facebook to them to find out how I'm supposed to get any information. Finally the following day someone answers the phone like it's a personal phone not professionally. I asked if I had the right place and they said I did. I asked how much pedicures were and she said they were $30 I said I wanted to schedule an appointment for two people. I asked if I could come in at 1 o'clock on Friday she said she didn't have an availability but asked if I could come at noon. Not a problem. Meanwhile, I get a message from Facebook stating that the pedicures are $35. I told her that I had just scheduled an appointment for two people at $30 for a pedicure. She tells me that that price hasn't been that low for over a year. I told her that's really not my problem because I was quoted by someone else at her store. I told her that she could go ahead and cancel our appointment because I didn't feel comfortable going there anymore. She said I didn't have an appointment because they don't take appointments on Fridays. She said she would further educate the employee which apparently she hadn't done in over a year. If these people cannot get their pricing and appointments correct I highly doubt that they can handle such important things such as proper sanitation and cleanliness. So don't risk them taking advantage of you financially or possibly healthwise. These people need to get their crap together to put it mildly!! read more

This was possibly the worst dip manicure I've ever had. There are lines and bumps in my polish and it's way too thick. This was done for my daughters wedding & I was highly disappointed. Won't be back. They had to use 2 people to do my nails a total of three times! They couldn't get it right! And though they mean well with their sounds and spa smells. I went here as part of a bridal party a couple of weeks ago. We scheduled our appointment several weeks in advance, yet were still treated as an inconvenience when we arrived. The employees were very rude to my entire group, and to other customers - they were yelling at and scolding children in the salon whom they thought were misbehaving, and scolded me for laying a bottle of nail polish in my lap rather than holding it in my hand. The pedicure I received was nothing special; I've paid a lot less elsewhere and been a lot more satisfied with the result. The employee doing my manicure spent about 5 minutes on it, most of it talking on her phone. I didn't really even receive a manicure, it was more like only a polish - nothing was done to shape my nails or to trim my cuticles. Bottom line, I gave it two stars because the salon itself is clean and organized. As for the services they provide and their attitude toward their customers, spend less for more elsewhere. read more

This is only my third pedicure ever...I hate showing my feet in public. It was the best I've had so far! The gentleman was super nice, made good recommendations, and made me feel comfortable. I got the $35 pedi with sugar scrub and massage and it was DIVINE. My toenails were painted, seemed to be well done, but I could care less after being massaged and worked into a happy stupor. :) May have to do this more often. read more

TLDR : great nail salon with a bit of a wait without an appointment. Can make serious magic happen to fix crooked acrylics Although it was a bit of a wait (totally on me for not making an appointment on a Saturday), they did a fantastic job with my nails. I only needed a fill-in but since I had gotten my nails done at a place in Knoxville where they gave me some of the most comically crooked acrylics I've ever seen, my nails really needed some TLC. They were able to completely straighten and correct them, and they look the best they've probably ever looked. I really regret not getting the woman's name that helped me so that I can come back and ask for her! read more

We just moved to Cleveland TN and my wife has been wanting to get her nails done. We didn't know where to go so I Yelped it and found Posh Nails had the most reviews of any other salon in town. We just walked in and took whoever they assigned to us. My wife is very particular about getting what she expects. She LOVES Heathers work. The salon is very clean and relaxing. I ended up getting a pedi from Tonya and loved it too. Highly recommend this place and we will be back. read more

The only reasons this is two stars is because the woman who fixed my broken nails (which broke the day after I got a deluxe dip polish manicure) did a wonderful job. They then chased me down in the parking lot demanding I pay for a Brand new dip manicure when she fixed them. Sorry but I paid full price for that and the ultimate pedicure (which was mediocre at best. And that's generous) a few days prior. I think a good rule of thumb is just to avoid this place. read more

Posh is normally my FAVORITE place to go. Today I was disappointed. Normally they can talk me into getting the higher priced pedicures. She kept trying to get me to get the higher priced. She even said," so you say you want 2 or 3 after telling her THREE TIMES I wanted number 1...the CLASSIC. My funds were tight and I could only get the classic. When the attendant realized I wasn't budging her attitude changed. The treatment was very cold. Normally there is a little conversation. Nope! Not today!! She barely touched my feet, especially in filing and buffing. The towels were cold and instead of the individual wrap she put my legs together and laid the towels on them. I looked at my feet when I got home and realized I WASTED money on what I could have done myself! The ONLY thing that looked refreshed was my polish! I won't go as far as to say I will never go back. I paid and I tipped. I just pray that this was a ONE TIME OFFENSE read more

I always get a good pedi and mani here. They're always friendly, the salon is clean, and I have never had a bad job done by any nail tech at Posh. I couldn't get in 2 weeks ago so I tried the new Lux salon on Paul Huff. I was very disappointed in the quality and I felt so rushed there (plus the prices are higher-I paid $10 more for the same services at Posh)- I can't wait to get back to Posh nails! I always get the sns dipping powder and love the way the techs make them look and feel so natural looking (not too thick). Try this salon. You will not be disappointed! read more

I went here once for a pedicure and it was pretty good. My toes looked really great, though I expected a better a better callous treatment because I paid 5 dollars extra for it. Regardless, it was pretty pleasant and the place is cute and clean. I went back yesterday for an eyebrow wax and was very disappointed. The waxer was very rough and it hurt far more than any other wax i've received in the past. She rushed through it, I was done in about a minute and a half. I don't need a long process but I'd like someone to take their time. When I got home, I realized that my eyebrows were two different shapes. She rushed through it so fast she couldn't even make them match. I would never go back for a waxing there again. read more
