My sister in law recommended this place and very happy she did! Facts: when you first walk in the atmosphere is very relaxing, even though they were busy. (Great sign). I was warmly greeted by the sweet woman behind the register helping another guest. She helped me check in easily on their kiosk which took about a minute tops. I checked in as a full set, and she showed me to their nail polish area and guided me to their gel polish baskets. I expected to wait awhile! But about 5 minutes later, Amy came and told me she was ready for me! The service: Amy has clearly been doing nails a long time and has perfected her craft. After chatting with her I could also tell she has a real passion for her profession!! Next time she going to do some kitty designs on me! Am so excited for that! She says she does it all- powder dipped, designs you name it! She was SO FAST. Also I barely knew she was doing my nails. She has a very gentle touch and nothing hurt at any time ever. Contrary to other places I have been that really can drill down hard... you know what I am talking about ladies!! Overall this was THE MOST pleasant experience I have ever had getting my nails done. Pro Tip: They have a point system too for return clients - super nice!! I will post some more feedback on that when I can. Sorry yelpers- was selfishly enjoying my awesome experience! My appointment took an hour and cost $45 plus a $10 tip. I paid for the service with my credit card and tipped cash. Hands down ***** FIVE STARS and satisfied client. Will be returning again!! Thanks again Amy so much!

I walked in the door and Dayna greeted me with a smile and started talking to me like we've known each other for years. She asked some questions regarding the wax to ensure I had a great experience and started working. During the appointment, we had a bit of small talk while she worked and each time she would rip the wax off, Dayna would make sure I was good. After the appointment, I paid and thanked her for the service as she did a tremendous job and told her I would be returning. I don't live in the Cleveland/Chatt area as I was visiting family but each time I make the drive up here and decide I need a wax, I'll be sure to book with Dayna again! Her prices are extremely affordable too. You can't go wrong booking with her no matter what!

I am a woman of faith and I've never had such a wonderful experience with such an esthetician who is able to give the Lord all the credit for her work. Her prices are extremely affordable without cutting the quality and quantity of work. I will be going back for sure! I have pray the Lord continues to help you prosper in everything you do!

I was in bad need of some help with knots in my back and someone recommended I try Mood Swings. I scheduled an appointment with Ann and will be a regular customer from this point forward. Upon my initial visit, she (of course) queried as to any specific problems I was having. After I explained the pain/ discomfort, she explained to me (in detail) what was likely causing the pain and what she would do to relieve it. A "far cry" from someone just "rubbing you down", Ann was very intentional in pressures applied and the procedures she used. I recommend Ann without hesitation! (A five star rating indicates -- to me -- that there is "no equal". I can't attest to that, but I would definitely give her a 4.75 if possible).

It's really pretty and…read moredecorative inside, and they even have a little boutique in there with nice jewelry and clothes. So as far as looking nice they're on the ball. I did feel like they could've been a little peppier when I walked in, being a new face and all. I kind of just got a plain "Hey, what were you needing today?" It was around lunch time so I don't know, maybe they were all hungry or something. Anyway I have a pixie cut, which is basically a "boy haircut " on a girl. I just wanted some blonde chunks and the back trimmed up. The lady that got me charged $85, and said since I was new there, she would throw in the price of the trim with the highlights. That was nice of her but, $85? I have a pixie cut... I felt like that was outrageous for my little amount of hair. And in the end, it wasn't "chunks" like I really wanted, it was more like tons of small blonde pieces all blended together. So I could have saved $75 and went to get the highlight kit from Walmart like I normally do, but I thought I would for once splurge on myself, and now I mainly just regret it because it's not really at all what I asked for. Overall they're clean, it's pretty to look at and they weren't unfriendly, just could've been a little more upbeat I felt, and a bit on the pricey side as well.
