This was over a month ago, they were refusing to respond to my texts and voicemails for over a week, and now they are refusing a refund because "you have to request it within 24 hours" - I didn't know right away that I was going to decide I didn't want to move forward, it took me a few days to come to this decision. They want me to use other services instead of giving me a refund, but after everything that has been so unprofessional during this process, it is not a business I ever want to frequent again!
