This place is amazing!! I had the BEST experience there today. Amy was my wonderful beautiful nail tech and she did a perfect incredible job. My sister in law recommended this place and very happy she did! Facts: when you first walk in the atmosphere is very relaxing, even though they were busy. (Great sign). I was warmly greeted by the sweet woman behind the register helping another guest. She helped me check in easily on their kiosk which took about a minute tops. I checked in as a full set, and she showed me to their nail polish area and guided me to their gel polish baskets. I expected to wait awhile! But about 5 minutes later, Amy came and told me she was ready for me! The service: Amy has clearly been doing nails a long time and has perfected her craft. After chatting with her I could also tell she has a real passion for her profession!! Next time she going to do some kitty designs on me! Am so excited for that! She says she does it all- powder dipped, designs you name it! She was SO FAST. Also I barely knew she was doing my nails. She has a very gentle touch and nothing hurt at any time ever. Contrary to other places I have been that really can drill down hard... you know what I am talking about ladies!! Overall this was THE MOST pleasant experience I have ever had getting my nails done. Pro Tip: They have a point system too for return clients - super nice!! I will post some more feedback on that when I can. Sorry yelpers- was selfishly enjoying my awesome experience! Ive seen several people there but decided to go to Bella because of the reviews! She's good but makes you wait terribly long. She says it's because I didn't book it through her! Which I don't understand how that makes a difference! It's usually on a whim when I need it and have their number in my contacts which is way easier for me! Last time I went she was so busy I waited almost 45 minutes! She asked did I want to wait on her which was gonna be longer or go to someone else! I had no choice I had to be somewhere! I am very picky and it takes a long time to complete what I'm requesting and everyone is so patient and so kind to ensure that I am getting exactly what I'm wanting without misdirect or letting me leave unhappy. I got a pedicure for me and my husband marks 47th anniversary! The lady that rubbed my feet did an amazing job! She really takes her job seriously, i walked out of that place sore. Knee to toe. I then proceeded to ask her what she was saying, because she wasn't speaking english, she said that she loves my beautiful dress and gave a little giggle to one of her coworkers beside her. i had my nails done on a tuesday, they hurt so bad i came back thursday to have them removed. When i told the man at the front desk he scoffed at me and acted like i was making up the pain. they took my polish off and my nails and cuticles looked awful when i left. honestly, i wasn't upset until they acted like i was making it up. will not be returning. read more

Came here to get my nails redone after a different salon messed them up. They looked great and I was so excited, but after only 2 days the polish started to chip off. Went and got 3 nails redone just TWO DAYS later. Then while on vacation (doing nothing), more started chipping off. Now, I have even more that have chipped off but I am done wasting my gas and time to get them fixed when they should have been done correctly the first time. Three years ago when I came to this establishment I would've given them a zero stars because the customer service was horrible the worst I have ever been treated. I had a newly moved here from Houston and the owner at the time or management was just horrible. Fast forward to today I have been there many times in the last four months whether it was girlfriends spa day or just my own pamper day and I have had the most amazing service and very high-quality work done. They have accommodated me more than I have ever been and I would come here again and again. Not only is the facility beautiful and relaxing it really is a Zen place. They have all the latest trends and nail polish assortment. I normally get my SNS nails done and it's wonderful you should definitely check it out the Decour is black silver and red. *Update at the end 1/12/23 Artist: David, who came highly recommended (I should have tried Kelly after reading more reviews) Request: pink / white powder French manicure / acrylic Result: White powder was shaped well Pink was misshapen, bulky, acrylic over cuticle, not filed well About me: acrylic nails since the 90s Experience: I pointed out the acrylic over the nail, and asked him to file down the bulky and odd shaped ones and he told me thin nails would be weaker and very aggressively separated my cuticle from the acrylic and cut my cuticle when he filed them down, and was not apologetic in the slightest. He never asked if I liked them during or after completion. My requests appeared to bother him. I ended my visit, canceled my pedicure, and immediately went across the street to another place, who fixed my nails and did my pedicure. More money, but now I have decent nails for my vacation. I have 2 friends who love this place but use different people each time. Do give them a shot, but read reviews. *I received a call from, the manager?, 30 min later with an offer to fix my nails but I'd already gone somewhere else. It was very busy when we walked in, so we were definitely willing to wait. It had a nice interior and I liked the music and waterfalls they had. Unfortunately, when we were seated, my friend and I both felt pressured to get more than what we wanted (I wanted a basic pedicure, friend wanted a pedicure with no color). They repeatedly asked us if we wanted gel, color, our fingernails done, many many times despite us saying no. I understand upselling but it was constant throughout our time. Additionally, we felt very rushed. I guess because we weren't high enough paying customers. We got there at about 5pm and we were paying by 5:27pm. Also, we each paid $30 which was strange since my friend didn't get any color...but I'm not sure if that's usual. During the pedicure, I didn't feel relaxed at all and it felt like they were being aggressive with cutting, shaping, etc. afterwards I looked at the pedicure up close and it is sloppy and jagged. My nails were also wet for a long time because the stylist refused to wait more than 10 seconds between coats. Some of my toenails don't even have color all the way down them. We wanted to try this place because of the "zen" name but it was the opposite of zen or calm. We may try again--perhaps they were pressured to get in any as many customers as possible, but I'm not expecting much. read more

I couldn't be more happier of the results of my nails. She helped me pick out the colors and boy it came out amazing i told her I don't like thick looking nails so she went for a coffin style.. i'll definitely bring my friends or my mom back here.. and will be coming again! My second time going was not as great at my 1st. I had a young lady named Jasmine and she just didn't care how I wanted my nails. I really don't like thick nails and she just kept overlooking what I asked for. She cut my nail bed while she sanded them down and they still came out huge and with wayyyy to much product. I've been there since I moved to Cleveland. I've seen a certain nail tech she is out of the country. I was seen by a different nail tech two weeks ago and the dipping didn't stay very long. I went back today got a dipping and a pedicure and when I was getting my dipping , she actually serviced another client for an eyebrow wax didn't ask me just told me therefore she put me way back on my time frame. I will never go back there again you can't hear yourself think with them talking back-and-forth in Vietnamese or whatever it is that makes no difference it would be the same in English. Ok so I just moved here from Florida and I was looking on getting a spa pedicure. I'm a sucker for the hot stones I love the hot stones on my feet my legs. So I had purple on my toenails prior to coming in there and I told the girl look you didn't get all the purple off oh no no no I got it I got it. So I went with a shimmery like iridescent pink I brought my own polish my own OPI polish. Well needless to say you can still see the purple on my big toe my second toe and I kept telling her it's still there she did nothing about it. Not impressed. Also I don't wanna be sitting right next to someone getting my pedicure distance us like one seat in between. I guess I'll get off my soap opera box but I will be finding another place for a pedicure. read more

They manage to make an extremely busy nail salon still peaceful and relaxing while getting a pedicure. From lighting to decor it really sets the mood for being pampered. Take them up on their complementary drinks (Wine, Sodas, Coffee). They have hundreds of colors to choose from and I've never left without being extremely satisfied with my results. If I could give a zero star rating I would and if they see this, they should know who it is, I went in there today, wanting a five color French tip medium length acrylic set on their website. It says starting out at 52$understandable, no problem. So he sees the picture he gets down puts my tips on and everything and then says $95 excuse me.!!! I ask him can he break down the price for me he told me 50 for the acrylic $10 for the extra length when I wanted medium and then he came up with two extra $15 add-ons when I didn't even request that so I asked him to politely remove my nails mind you he did not put any acrylic on he nipped each one of my fingertips as he was pulling my nails to take them off at first he was gonna snatch them off. They need to make sure that they have their prices correct online and whoever answers their phone need to be present so when a customer is present they can be there to witness, mind you the $95 was not the problem I could've paid that it was just the fact of these unknown added charges and him for trying to rip off my nails, I don't know his name, but he always likes to wear slacks read more

We were in Cleveland dropping our daughter off at camp and thought a couples pedicure sounded like a nice way to start the kid free time camp provides. I chose Zen based on the location and the previous reviews. I called ahead and, as soon as we arrived, we were ushered back to a semi private area with two pedi chairs next to each other. The gentleman who filled the basins apologized for being on the phone which was such a nice gesture of customer service. Our nail techs were friendly but not intrusive. Oh Zen. I've been going here since the first owner Traci opened it. The old techs were amazing, took their time, and if they saw a mess up during the appointment they'd point it out and fix it immediately. I went in about a month ago for a dip fill. Only 2 layers and literally by the time i got home 2 corners cracked off. By day 4, they were all coming off. This go around i decided to give them one more chance, and holy crap i knew once i saw him putting the acrylic on i was going to hate them. They were drooling off the tip and dripping everywhere. Half my nails look curved because they're so thin at the end and the other half look even. There's so long I can't type and it looks nothing like the inspiration photo that I showed him that was very doable since it was a real hand from another friend. It was suppose to be 30 min with "7 minute massage" per their custom services pamphlet. The salon worker spent a total of 15 min, from the time I soaked my feet til my polish was complete, on my pedicure. Definitely not what the description stated nor worth $30! I felt I as being rushed since I chose the cheaper pedi. Not sure why it's even an option if they don't actually provide the service they describe in their services pamphlet. The last manicure I got here was honestly the worst I've ever had, but gave the place another chance because I couldn't find another salon open on a Sunday. The guy ripped a small gash in my thumb, and said he had nothing to disinfect it with when I asked. He touched my open wound with his fingers, and then put some bleeding-stopper stuff (not disinfectant) on it. I politely and quietly left, saying I would go to Publix to get some disinfectant and come back later. I did get the disinfectant, but I won't be coming here again. Yikes. read more
