I am visiting from Nashville. I am currently getting what I consider to be the best pedicure of my life. I was having a stressful and quite anxious day. Actually a really terrible week. I suffer greatly at times with generalized anxiety disorder and sometimes it's difficult to breathe, think, exist. I randomly made my husband (who is the best husband ever) stop here because I was working remotely in the car whilst on the way to my daughter's gymnastics competition site. I absolutely love this place. Immediate seating EVERY time I walk in! I get a gelled full set every time, and I'm always satisfied. The staff is very polite, and the complimentary water bottles hit the spot! They recently got a new gel color collection, and it's absolutely beautiful. I never spend over $55 (keep in mind I get a longer length, shaped nails, extra colors, glitters, and eyebrow waxing). The price is very much appropriate for the quality. I spend no longer than 40 minutes here! Even got a birthday promo code (that I missed, sadly), but I appreciate the pros of being a member. They prefer cash, but card is definitely an option. 4/5 stars because I was unsatisfied with a painting before. I got a split nail, right down the middle--two different colors. Every time I come here they charge me more and more money. I have had acrylics for 10+ years and come every two weeks for a fill. Today I paid $48 for my fill and they tried to charge me $3 for a nail repair. Since they didn't repair a nail, I told them I wasn't paying that fee so they instead charged me $3 for "cutting my nails down" which I personally feel like is part of the package and it was the tiniest bit they trimmed off. Oh, and let's not forget, ANY gel polish used at all (even if it's just a top coat) is $18!! I'm over it. I never complain about places or leave negative reviews but I don't respect a company that charges for services not even rendered to profit more. read more

Shaped as described, attention to detail and lasts from 2.5-3 weeks! Had my eyebrows waxed by her as well....perfect! I loved 1 in 3 pedicures and the best was on my very first visit. Today's pedicure lacks cuticle and callous attention...I literally had to buff out once home, again. Pedi's seem to be more rushed than relaxing. The salon offers complimentary soda, water and wine. Sometimes I was offered a beverage, but more often, I have to request water. Overall a decent place, just sucks to pay for pedi services and have to come home to finish the job. Went in to get a gel manicure which ended up having bubbles in the gel, gel polish on my fingers (scrapped some off the bottom of my fingers already), and an uneven/bumpy gel surface of nails (ie- it's not smooth like you want your nails to be). To top it off the place didn't seem very clean and even though they clearly had beverages (wine, coke, sprite, and water) in a fridge for their customers I wasn't offered one. After my most recent experience at the nail bar in Hamilton place, i definitely would not recommend them! They called me 10 times back to back (obviously i couldn't answer, but my phone kept on ringing). Then proceeded to call my friend i went to the salon with.. When i finally was able to answer, it was them accusing me of not paying - saying they remember me paying by card, but they don't have the money. I thought it was maybe because i paid under my friends rewards phone number since i live out of town now. I tried to explain that and they said that was not the issue and they couldn't look up the payment by phone number because the payment just wasn't there. They then asked multiple times for my payment over the phone even it had already been pulled out of my bank account. And they were so rude when i refused to send another payment by venmo or cashapp. And then once i finally blocked them, employees began calling me back to back with their personal phones. I answered again, for them to say they needed a new payment since i didn't pay the first time, and they would refund the first payment... how do you refund a payment you "don't have" though?? Interesting. Once i sent a picture of the transaction from my bank app (disgusting to even ask, but i felt bad they thought i stole from them so i sent it), they left me alone. But harassing a customer for payment, is absolutely not acceptable - especially when they have paid and you state that you remember them paying, you just don't have the money! Unacceptable behavior. Also, they definitely have the money, it was never refunded and the transaction is still there days later, total including the tip. read more

I went here with my friend to get pedicures and manicures on a Sunday afternoon. We didn't have to wait at all and they got us right in. We thought everything was going well until our nail techs sat down. Mine was new and the other techs kept stopping her to tell her to do things differently. She was clearly struggling. She didn't scrape my heels at all. She gave zero pressure when giving me a massage (it felt like she was just petting me), and she got polish all over my skin. Another tech ended up having to finish my pedicure and she spent forever just trying to clean up all the polish on my skin. My friends pedicure was super painful. She asked the tech to stop but the woman kept digging and causing her discomfort. The hot towels they put out on our legs were scalding hot and burned both of us. To the point that we had red marks on our legs from it. We both asked for manicures. I wanted regular polish but not gel. My friend wanted gel. She was seated at a manicure station, got a hand massage and was given the full manicure treatment. Not me! They painted my nails in the dark at the pedicure tub. No filing, no cuticle trim. They literally just put polish on me sloppily. It looks HORRIBLE. I could have done a way better job. I can't believe I spent almost 70$ on this massive waste of a "spa". Do NOT go here. read more

The work that they do at this salon is not consistent. I'm never relax there because I have to watch them to make sure my nails are right. I've returned to the shop to have them correct their work and they still charged me full price. I think this may be credited to the fact that the majority of the employees their don't speak English. Now, be sure, this is not a discrimination thing - this is a service thing. I should be able to fully communicate with someone who is providing me with a service that I paid good money for. Speaking of money. Their prices are not consistent and always go up the week before a holiday. The week before Easter I paid $120 for the same service that I usually pay $80 for. I know this because I always asked for a receipt and I compared them. Last but not least, recently it was discovered that I had green mold growing on my nail bed, they preceded the untreated nail with acrylic, and eventually nail polish without making sure the mold was no longer active by using bleach. When I asked for bleach, I was told that they have no bleach in the shop - that their cleaning team brings it in. NO CLEANING SUPPLIES IN A SALON. that doesn't make any sense to me. I had already stopped getting my eyebrows wax there because every time I did, I broke out. The room where you get your eyebrows waxed is completely filthy. Now I am beginning to wonder if they clean this place at all. obviously, I'm never going back and I suggest that you don't either. read more

First time visiting this town from Atlanta, I took my girlfriend here in the afternoon. The salon just opened recently and they completely remodeled it (the owner himself did it according to his wife, who was taking care of her nails). I was sitting there waiting for her and did not want anyone to trim my nails. They still offered both of us a free cup of red wine. I got a free soda instead. I liked the designs on her nails: simple lines of paint but they look so soft and artistic. She enjoyed this upscale place a lot. Needed eyebrows done badly and happened to drive by this place. Fairly new. Nice inside but employees are lounging around in the spa chairs and it doesn't look very professional at all. I wanted my eyebrows threaded and they pointed me to a back room where a girl asked me if I wanted tinting too. I said no, just the threading and she said oh I only do waxing. Not what I asked for I said. She said I have to get the other girl. Ok. Other girl was very pleasant and she did a good job. The cost was $15 for threading!! I know threading isn't very common here yet but $15 is way too much. $10 is appropriate here compared to the $5 you pay back home in SoCalif. Probably won't come back. read more

I brought my own polish but they had a great selection of colors, gels, shellacs and all that stuff. I only ever polish, so I wouldn't know anything about the rest.
