To start, location is cute. They have some fish in the front, and all the colors in the books. I was brought right back and told to sit down with my daughter (she got the kids polish), I went in for a fill. The nail tech had to have been new or something, but from the start there was no how are you? How's your day going? Do you want anything to drink? (They offered it to the lady behind me, he chose to not offer me one for some reason), just no hospitality. He first started sanding off the old polish, which he burnt me with the drill multiple times. REMINDER I went in for a fill. Why did it take an hour plus to just finish the acrylic. He didn't even start the polish until 20 mins before I left. Which clearly shows the rush job. I told him I wanted the inspo EXACTLY (I even said I don't care about the price), he chose to cheap out and no use gems like the photo, and shitty painted on the moon, and two stars. Overall this place is trash. Don't go, the techs suck, they won't match the photo, and they'll burn tf out of your nail instead. And you can clearly see in the photos of my nails that he got glitter all over the other nails, he didn't take his time to do polish. See the photos of the close ups, don't give this place your money. I choose to go to the place since the reviews were older and maybe they got better. read more

The ambiance here is great and the rooms are beautiful. They have smaller rooms that offer some privacy and they allow you to make appointments. I loved my fall pedicure and manicure. She was so gentle and helpful with the color choice. read more

Outstanding! Highly recommend! By far, one of the best nail salons I have been to over the years (and I have been to quite a few!) I started going to Utopia about 3 months ago for my dip powder overlay. Being new to the area, I did a little cyber research and it was the one salon that stood out. I didn't try any others and I won't, I don't need to, Amy is my girl! She does any amazing job every single time, no matter how busy the salon is. I have enjoyed getting to know her. The salon is SPOTLESS, always so, so clean. It's comfortable, relaxing, just a nice environment. Do not hesitate to book an appointment (which can be done online.... BONUS!). I believe walk ins are also taken. Either way, A member of this hard working family will make your nails beautiful! read more

With a dip manicure apparently the colors aren't the same as gel. I picked rose gold and got this. They did get rid of the gold glitter which clashed. read more

i used to loveee this place! i was such a frequent customer and even got my entire family to come here but the last few times, both with my mom, havent been too well. i feel like the pedicures are eehh compared to the service i used to receive. my mom didnt enjoy her pedicure at all which sucks bc coming here for pedicures used to be our thing.. haven't been back since. read more

I noticed the technician missed a step in doing my gel nails In 1 day my nails were cracked and 3 had to be fixed I called & asked owner to fix them She did!! I have been to more nail salons/spas than i can count. I will tell you this was Thee BEST! Welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Greeted as a person and not just an 'appointment', felt like i was visiting a friend. Spa was So relaxing, tech was amazing friendly did a WONDERFUL job. Not one complaint! A little pricier but worth every penny "you get what you pay for" and no regrets. I would highly recommend you go here for your next mani-pedi, or what ever service you get, all i can say is you wont be sorry. I even received a free lotion on the way out. I normally do not take to Yelp or social media at that.. But I was referred to Utopia by a friend .. So I went and got my nail done (Dip Powder) this past Tuesday. By Wednesday I noticed that most of my nails had cracks in them. So I called Utopia this morning and let them know that most of my nails had cracks in them. Amy the owner said come in and they'll fix them for me. I arrived at the time she told me to come in and she asked to see my nails. I proceeded to to show her them and she said I don't see any cracks and told me that the powder I chose sometimes show wrinkles not crack. So Showed her other nails and told her these aren't wrinkles they cracks. She said that she must be blind. She told me to pick a different color and brand and to have a seat. I di. I was called back minutes later. She put back with the same tech that messed my nails up. I went to explain to the tech and she became very aggressive with my hands and nails. not to mention her and the owner had words in their native tongue she grabbed my hands and motioned what I showed her where the cracks were. The tech started drilling the powder off my nail where at times she burned me with the drill and didn't apologize. While putting the new dip powder on my nails were and still are really bulky. I would have left but I paid $46. I don't know what anyone else has in countered with this place but for sure will not return. I will take my business else where. Having bible verses throughout your establishment defeats the purpose if you're going to be rude to your customer. My stars are 0 but I had to give at 1 stars. read more

My coworker and I decided to come to Utopia since some of our other coworkers go regularly for their nails. We both were originally booked for the basic pedicures and both ended up upgrading to the spa therapy pedicures. The employees were very kind and worked both quickly and efficiently. We were also given a 20% discount for the holidays. Their prices are very reasonable given the services that are provided. We will definitely be back! read more

Wasn't planning to be in Cleveland for an extended time, but it came time to do my nails and I'm very happy I found Utopia Nails. They opened recently (didn't know that when I made the appointment) and the salon is very clean and so very relaxing! Came on Christmas Eve and they were not in a rush to get me out. The mani/ pedi was wonderful! One of the best I've had! Kudos to Sam! Kinda hope my visit is extended and if it is, I know where my nail salon is! read more

Second time here with my husband. First time was pretty good except the tech didn't completely remove the dip polish from my fingernails. This time the tech cut my husband's toe and another tech cut mine. They're still sore the next day. My polish was done by another tech and she did well. We won't be back. read more

She was fast and not though Not relaxing. Quick and in a hurry. I did not enjoy. She left me at least six times and I just had to sit and wait on her. Very disappointing. She spent very little time on my pedicure. read more
