Have gone to B&B for a long time and everyone has cut my hair at least once. I have never left with anything other than an awesome very.

I'm gonna be honest this place is great to look at and get a drink but the guy named Ben messed me up I asked for a trim and he gave me a mullet and butcher my hair basically making me go bald and then dumps half a bottle of texture powder in my hair then proceeds to cut the life out of me with the razor... how does this happen, but the dude named Shawn or shain in their was honestly a great guy and wants you to be honest and tries to be very conservative I recommend getting him to cut your hair Went from actually looking good for once to horrible read more

I brought my husband in for a cut and shave, specifically for our wedding. The front desk woman was very nice and was able to fit us in. We had high standards for this establishment due to the cost of this service being $60 to start. Unfortunately it took only 10 minutes for them to cut and shave his face, which we were expecting a clean shave as he has received at other locations. The only 'shave' they did was with a low level clipper, leaving visible hairs all over the front of his neck and parts of his cheek. To which he came home and finished the job himself. For $60 you can get a super cut level hair cut. This place is only good if you're looking to drink while you're getting your 10 minute haircut, which you may need to get over the fact you've paid substantially more for an exponentially less. Save your money and support other local businesses that take the time to build rapport, ask what your expectations are, and check in at the end of your experience. read more

Save ur $. Worst haircut ever. Had to go to great clips after to fix it. Ben gave me the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. I came in with longer hair, asked for a simple trim. dude turns me away from the mirror and gives me a full mullet. I'm like dude( wtf... I leave and am furious for an hour then come back for him to fix it and HE GIVES ME A RAT TAIL. I had to go to great clips to get the lady to fix my hair. idk if Ben has no skills or had it out for me but he totally f* up my hair. this place is a rip off. you're better off cutting your own hair or going to great clips save the 40$! what a joke. I moved here about a year ago and I've been to six different barbers, including Becks, and have finally found a place that can cut my hair the way I like it. TJ is one of the "Gentlemen's Grooming Artists" here and he knows how to cut hair. Just a cut is about $20 but it is worth it. I was spending as little as $10 at some of the other places I went to but I was getting what I was paying for. The really cool thing about this place is they offer you a drink while you get your hair cut. Liquor for the rated R men or soda/water for the PG guys. You can also play foosball or chess while you wait. The interior reminds me of a high class old Wild West saloon more than a barber shop which is right up my alley. I drive by this business 4 days a week and thought it would be a nice surprise for my hubby to have a beer while he got a haircut. My first thought was it better be a good haircut because I know one beer shouldn't make it $20 more than we've been paying. It was decorated nice, kinda classy. Needless to say, the class ends with the decorations. I picked him up about 45 minutes later only to hear him inform me that he was hit on the entire time he was there. He's a very good looking man and knows how to handle a compliment but he said he started feeling very uncomfortable about halfway through the haircut. The girl cutting his hair was having a conversation with another stylist and the topic was who had the longest tongue and who knew how to use it the best. Really? Are we in 7th grade girls? He said he felt like ordering hot wings because he thought he was at Hooters restaurant with all the cleavage hanging out and sexual innuendos tossed around. Hey girls..... HE HAD A RING ON HIS FINGER! So ladies, if your man is not as faithful as mine, you might wanna think twice about sending him to this local whore house!!! read more

Completely incompetent. I stated when entering that I worried they were going to be all pop and no substance. They assured me they were great. After destroying my nine months of beard growth (they shaved too deep in on only one side making it look like I had a goatee on half my face and a beard on the other half). He stated "Don't worry, I won't charge you for the beard trim." I was livid and had to shave it all down to start from the beginning, it was so botched. He kept trying to hide his mishap by adding more and more product. I should've trusted my first impression. read more

Very nice place visually and the reception desk was very welcoming. But the "stylist" left me very disappointed. I could've gave my wife a pair of scissors and told her what to do and I would have gotten the same results.. he had no interest in my wellbeing. I told him I ultimately trust him and he literally made me look like a 6'5" woman with a beard.. I thought this place would be able to provide me with the look I was looking for. My husband and I are resolutely committed to buying local. (No exceptions!) However, the indescribably horrible service he received today must be noted. I was devastated when he described how he was overlooked, mistreated, and had to listen to all staff complain. I will be seeing my north shore hair dresser on Saturday. I will pay in cash and attach a 120 tip. I had instructed my husband to tip at least 20, but after a simple haircut and his poor experience he tipped less. I will ensure that he never returns! I live outside of Nashville and drove three hours for this opportunity. I discovered this business in January when I drove down the street. I wasn't sure what it was, so I went to the website. I knew this was somewhere I needed to visit. Dillon set the appointment for me. Super friendly on the phone! He greeted me upon arrival, offered a beverage (what a concept and selection), and invited me to relax. Crystal welcomed me into the chair and proceeded to provide an amazing hair and massage experience. The environment, the scents, products, offering and staff were amazing. Not a one barber in the house, just ask ! There were razor blades laying around in the open and hair all over the clippers just nasty. By far the trashiest place I've ever been too. A step up from a brothel that poses as a barber shop. None of these people are licensed barbers that are trained to use a razor of any kind on the public. The cosmetologist gaped and butchered my hair.........a fade it looked more like a painted black line than a fade. The hard part looked like a snake. This place also burned my sons head and cut his ear with the clippers, getting them too hot and trying to fade for so long, I was not the only one pissed that day, I saw a livid mom after her son cried from how bad he looked. I will never be back and promise to tell everyone how unprofessional they are and just a cheap run of the mill salon posing as a gentleman's barber shop lying to the public. I've since found out Cleveland has only 2 barbershops to go to with licensed barbers; Vintage and Mark's they will get all my business and others !! read more
