The nail tech had to have been new or something, but from the start there was no how are you? How's your day going? Do you want anything to drink? (They offered it to the lady behind me, he chose to not offer me one for some reason), just no hospitality. He first started sanding off the old polish, which he burnt me with the drill multiple times. REMINDER I went in for a fill. Why did it take an hour plus to just finish the acrylic. He didn't even start the polish until 20 mins before I left. Which clearly shows the rush job. I told him I wanted the inspo EXACTLY (I even said I don't care about the price), he chose to cheap out and no use gems like the photo, and shitty painted on the moon, and two stars. Overall this place is trash. Don't go, the techs suck, they won't match the photo, and they'll burn tf out of your nail instead. And you can clearly see in the photos of my nails that he got glitter all over the other nails, he didn't take his time to do polish. See the photos of the close ups, don't give this place your money. I choose to go to the place since the reviews were older and maybe they got better.
