I ended up getting a bad infection under my nails and had to go to the ER. Which makes since because as I was looking around and worker were reusing dirty tools on every customer. To add to it, I'm a fluent speaker of the Vietnamese language and they were all talking about other customers in the language, even to the point saying a customer looked like a pig. I tried to mind my business. But this establishment needs to be shut down or go under different ownership.

I was warmly greeted by the sweet woman behind the register helping another guest. She helped me check in easily on their kiosk which took about a minute tops. I checked in as a full set, and she showed me to their nail polish area and guided me to their gel polish baskets. I expected to wait awhile! But about 5 minutes later, Amy came and told me she was ready for me! The service: Amy has clearly been doing nails a long time and has perfected her craft. After chatting with her I could also tell she has a real passion for her profession!! Next time she going to do some kitty designs on me! Am so excited for that! She says she does it all- powder dipped, designs you name it! She was SO FAST. Also I barely knew she was doing my nails. She has a very gentle touch and nothing hurt at any time ever. Contrary to other places I have been that really can drill down hard... you know what I am talking about ladies!! Overall this was THE MOST pleasant experience I have ever had getting my nails done. She scheduled me an appointment and when I arrived, I was seen promptly. Every single one of the employees are nice and professional. Even with this snafu, I would come back. Mainly because of how professional they handled the situation. Let me start by saying, the facility was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and the lead technician communicated very effectively. The problem was the final result of my nails. I got the dip powder. It took two hours to get my nails done and they weren't rushed; there were two other clients besides myself. She didn't know the steps properly. The lead tech had to tell her. I'm all for people learning their trade; at the same time, I feel you should be competent and confident in the process to do a decent job. She left dried powder under my nails, even though I asked her to clear it. There are dips in a few of my nails from uneven grinding/sanding/filing. And one nail, she touched to see if it was dry, and it left a mark. When she was doing the coats, she wasn't even putting on a full coat of the gel. I'm not satisfied at all. I tried to be polite and ask her when she was doing it to fix it. I was trying to be patient, and kept thinking maybe tshe would fix it and it would look alright. However, I feel like she didn't know what she was doing and the end result is very shoddy work. I'm kind of upset because getting my nails done is a treat for me. And I feel like I just wasted $35.

The nail tech had to have been new or something, but from the start there was no how are you? How's your day going? Do you want anything to drink? He first started sanding off the old polish, which he burnt me with the drill multiple times. REMINDER I went in for a fill. Why did it take an hour plus to just finish the acrylic. Overall this place is trash. Don't go, the techs suck, they won't match the photo, and they'll burn tf out of your nail instead. And you can clearly see in the photos of my nails that he got glitter all over the other nails, he didn't take his time to do polish.
