To add to it, I'm a fluent speaker of the Vietnamese language and they were all talking about other customers in the language, even to the point saying a customer looked like a pig. I tried to mind my business. But this establishment needs to be shut down or go under different ownership.

The cuticle is sore and it hurts. The next day still pain and you can clearly see the redness on thr cuticle and where she gouged the skin. I'm surprised it didn't bleed but it definitely does hurt. The nail tech had to have been new or something, but from the start there was no how are you? How's your day going? Do you want anything to drink? (They offered it to the lady behind me, he chose to not offer me one for some reason), just no hospitality. He first started sanding off the old polish, which he burnt me with the drill multiple times. REMINDER I went in for a fill. Why did it take an hour plus to just finish the acrylic. He didn't even start the polish until 20 mins before I left. Which clearly shows the rush job. I told him I wanted the inspo EXACTLY (I even said I don't care about the price), he chose to cheap out and no use gems like the photo, and shitty painted on the moon, and two stars. Overall this place is trash. Don't go, the techs suck, they won't match the photo, and they'll burn tf out of your nail instead. And you can clearly see in the photos of my nails that he got glitter all over the other nails, he didn't take his time to do polish. See the photos of the close ups, don't give this place your money. I choose to go to the place since the reviews were older and maybe they got better.

I came in town to visit my mom for my birthday and my mom took me and my daughter…read moreto have a girls day to all get our nails done, they started off with my 6 year old daughters pedicure while I waited. then they did my pedicure while my mom got her full set done, my pedicure was good only complaint on that is for a $50 princess pedicure my feet we're not massaged my calf's were and felt great but no foot massage felt the service was done super quick ...then it was time for my full set that started off okay and Michelle was Very nice at first but VERY soon into the service I felt my service was being extremely rushed..I showed her a few pictures and finally decided on a design I trusted the process of her work because of all the artwork on the wall by her station but my design came out absolutely nothing like the picture. I've had marble done many many times before and it looked NOTHING like a marble design...when asked if I liked it I very very politely told her that I was not really happy with it then she told me she could just take it off and paint the nail one color and give me no design and I said well I know your In a hurry and short handed right now i understand but you don't have time to just do a different design on just those two nails please? and she told me no I don't have time because she had a customer waiting And was getting frustrated with me .... I felt like I was a problem because I didn't like it. a handful of people had walked in after us and she told them ALL she had time to do them but A little wait, so because of that my service was so rushed and I left with nails nothing like I wanted no design not even something simple .. I had very politely again expressed that I was a little upset and I didn't think it was right that as a paying customer who was there first with an appointment That I couldn't get done What I wanted And that I was being so rushed I left it at that we paid and left, After leaving the more and more I looked at my nails I realized how uneven the shape and length were and even the paint job, gel on my cuticles and nails not painted all the way on the sides, so I called back and very nicely asked if I could speak with the owner And I was not able to so they relayed my message, I simply said "I know you guys would not have time this evening, but if I could please come back the following day and just have them taken off and receive a refund I didn't want to be a pain and make her completely redo anything and I wasn't trying to get a free set of nails so I would just really like them taken off and I can get a refund for just my nails. They said no we don't give refunds they denied me off that and could care less to to fix anything, then after my many attempts to fix the issue and them showing no concern what so ever I voiced how horrible that is for customer service my mom left there spending $270 and you don't care to try to make anything right ? They said sorry and no refund and then told me how wrong I was for wanting to write a review.. it was my last resort for them to wanna fix the problem I asked would you rather have me right a review on my bad experience and I truly do not want to do that for everyone to see or just please take them off for me, it's not fair for me to spend $55 dollars on my nails and really not like them and be told I can't get a design..and then have to rip them off myself and have to go pay that again somewhere else to have them redone these were supposed to be a treat from my mom getting my birthday nails done a girls day, my first time getting my nails done finally after just having a baby and this is my experience.. all because she was so rushed taking on more then they can handle wanting quantity over quality and didn't care to fix anything before an unhappy customer leaving. she could care less that I was leaving un happy.
