The cuticle is sore and it hurts. The next day still pain and you can clearly see the redness on thr cuticle and where she gouged the skin. I'm surprised it didn't bleed but it definitely does hurt. Furthermore, the individual that did my pedicure did NOT speak English at all and it was extremely difficult to communicate. Do not get a pedicure at this place. I should sue them!

I tried to mind my business. But this establishment needs to be shut down or go under different ownership.

I've had marble done many many times before and it looked NOTHING like a marble design...when asked if I liked it I very very politely told her that I was not really happy with it then she told me she could just take it off and paint the nail one color and give me no design and I said well I know your In a hurry and short handed right now i understand but you don't have time to just do a different design on just those two nails please? and she told me no I don't have time because she had a customer waiting And was getting frustrated with me .... I felt like I was a problem because I didn't like it. a handful of people had walked in after us and she told them ALL she had time to do them but A little wait, so because of that my service was so rushed and I left with nails nothing like I wanted no design not even something simple .. I had very politely again expressed that I was a little upset and I didn't think it was right that as a paying customer who was there first with an appointment That I couldn't get done What I wanted And that I was being so rushed I left it at that we paid and left, After leaving the more and more I looked at my nails I realized how uneven the shape and length were and even the paint job, gel on my cuticles and nails not painted all the way on the sides, so I called back and very nicely asked if I could speak with the owner And I was not able to so they relayed my message, I simply said "I know you guys would not have time this evening, but if I could please come back the following day and just have them taken off and receive a refund I didn't want to be a pain and make her completely redo anything and I wasn't trying to get a free set of nails so I would just really like them taken off and I can get a refund for just my nails. They said no we don't give refunds they denied me off that and could care less to to fix anything, then after my many attempts to fix the issue and them showing no concern what so ever I voiced how horrible that is for customer service my mom left there spending $270 and you don't care to try to make anything right ? They said sorry and no refund and then told me how wrong I was for wanting to write a review.. it was my last resort for them to wanna fix the problem I asked would you rather have me right a review on my bad experience and I truly do not want to do that for everyone to see or just please take them off for me, it's not fair for me to spend $55 dollars on my nails and really not like them and be told I can't get a design..and then have to rip them off myself and have to go pay that again somewhere else to have them redone these were supposed to be a treat from my mom getting my birthday nails done a girls day, my first time getting my nails done finally after just having a baby and this is my experience.. all because she was so rushed taking on more then they can handle wanting quantity over quality and didn't care to fix anything before an unhappy customer leaving. she could care less that I was leaving un happy. I was warmly greeted by the sweet woman behind the register helping another guest. She helped me check in easily on their kiosk which took about a minute tops. I checked in as a full set, and she showed me to their nail polish area and guided me to their gel polish baskets. I expected to wait awhile! But about 5 minutes later, Amy came and told me she was ready for me! The service: Amy has clearly been doing nails a long time and has perfected her craft. After chatting with her I could also tell she has a real passion for her profession!! Next time she going to do some kitty designs on me! Am so excited for that! She says she does it all- powder dipped, designs you name it! She was SO FAST. Also I barely knew she was doing my nails. She has a very gentle touch and nothing hurt at any time ever. Contrary to other places I have been that really can drill down hard... you know what I am talking about ladies!! Overall this was THE MOST pleasant experience I have ever had getting my nails done. Which I don't understand how that makes a difference! It's usually on a whim when I need it and have their number in my contacts which is way easier for me!
