I was warmly greeted by the sweet woman behind the register helping another guest. She helped me check in easily on their kiosk which took about a minute tops. I checked in as a full set, and she showed me to their nail polish area and guided me to their gel polish baskets. I expected to wait awhile! But about 5 minutes later, Amy came and told me she was ready for me! The service: Amy has clearly been doing nails a long time and has perfected her craft. After chatting with her I could also tell she has a real passion for her profession!! Next time she going to do some kitty designs on me! Am so excited for that! She says she does it all- powder dipped, designs you name it! She was SO FAST. Also I barely knew she was doing my nails. She has a very gentle touch and nothing hurt at any time ever. Contrary to other places I have been that really can drill down hard... you know what I am talking about ladies!! Overall this was THE MOST pleasant experience I have ever had getting my nails done. Pro Tip: They have a point system too for return clients - super nice!! I will post some more feedback on that when I can. Sorry yelpers- was selfishly enjoying my awesome experience! I only came in because I was looking for something quick. For starters, there were several times during my appointment where a staff member(s) would either 1) stand by the person doing my nails and talk to them specifically without acknowledging my presence and/or 2) stare at me from a distance with other staff members. Additionally, I noticed other customers staring at me as well. Nothing wrong with the stares perhaps; at the same time, there is a difference between looking at someone briefly and staring someone down. Again, I received "stares." All in all, I would say the "vibe" from a third person perspective (specifically, my perspective) was othering. The only reason I left a one star review is because the person who did my nails was excellent at doing their job. As someone who enjoys getting their nails done, I am very well versed in acrylic nails and what I like in them. So the person (Noah) was meticulous and patient. I enjoyed that. Additionally, I really love the finished product - I did not provide a picture because I want to make sure my words are acknowledged first and foremost. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is similar to my identity: Black, queer, neurodivergent, or (such as myself) ALL the above. Additionally, I would not recommend this establishment to individuals who are new to the world of acrylic nails. Suggestion (if you feel disappointed by this review and you're looking for someone to do your nails): invest in independent nail technicians! After this experience, I have realized that as an intentional kind of person, an independent nail technician may be the best way to go. I enjoy having conversation, and I believe independent nail technician's (depending on who you go to) may be able to provide that intentionality I am looking for.

There is no proper lighting in pedicure chair either. 3 nails were extremely crooked and the girl kept arguing with me about it and didn't do anything. Cost $160 n idk why I tipped another 20. Feet still felt like sandpaper. No idea why I went back but went for fill in and polish change on toenails 2 days ago cuz no point in paying for relaxing pedicure. You won't get it! She did a horrible job. You could literally see where every original nail started so no proper fill in. Wrong shade from what I picked as well. One thumbnail wasn't even properly painted. You could see the pink nail underneath. 3 nails and a big toenail was badly smudged too. Also my left hand nails were much longer than my right. The girl argued about that and didn't correct it. $130 for this. I've never in my life went back to any salon to complain but this was crazy for the money I've spent. $130 for this fill in n polish change on toes. Had to leave work early to go by there and the mgr kept arguing with me. All they did was a polish change and the paint job on my toenails is hideous!!!! The girl kept getting phonecalls and she'd pick up and say a few more minutes. No proper lighting in the pedicure chairs at all!!!! My toenails still look terrible and I'm going to have to go to another salon and pay to get them fixed. The mgr is extremely rude and I think he's timing them which is probably most of the problem. He's always going around and noting their progress while they are working on nails. The kicker is I'm am a mgr at Hamilton place mall and one of my associates was complaining about her nails and guess where she went one day before me? The nail boutique. Hers were messed up as well. NEVER GO HERE!!!!
