Haut Face and Body Studio is the ONLY place to get your lashes and eyebrows done. I have been seeing Courtney over a year now, and I can tell you that she is a PRO. Not only do my lashes look incredible, (DARK AND CURLED FOR WEEKS), but she pays special attention to the color of my hair to match my brows. As a redhead, my eyebrows have always been dyed a light brown or literal burgundy. Courtney dyes them perfectly every time AND I can trust her not to overshape (I have thin eyebrows, but they look great thanks to her). The process is hassle free and very efficient. Courtney is a delight to talk to and is definitely the best person for any beauty service. Side note, the building is a little tough to find, however, the address on the building is visible. No parking on the street right outside, but main streets always have spaces available. Haut Face and Body Studio is COMPLETELY worth it! read more

I've had a lash lift twice. Courtney is excellent, listens to her client's needs, treats with care and provides wonderful service.

Courtney is great! I love my lashes and eyebrows where she tinted them! I'm going back Thursday for a facial. read more

Full bikini wax for the first time and leg wax. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this studio!

It had been a while since my last appointment and I'm not sure why I waited so long. Courtney does an excellent job and I'm very pleased!

Tucked away in a little business complex in the North Shore, Haut Face and Body Studio is a quick and convenient place to get your waxing and facials. Courtney made me feel at home and did an amazing job cleaning up my eyebrows and lip. It's also completely cost effective and reasonable. Highly recommend and I'll be back!! read more

Excellent services! Very friendly & professional. Courtney's studio provides a peaceful & quiet atmosphere.

Courtney is SO nice. This was my first time ever getting a lash lift and I WILL be back. I know my friends will be too after they saw my eyelashes. Not having to curl them every morning (only to have them become un-curled by mid day) is the BEST. I used to get my eyelashes tinted elsewhere - they had to have been using very harsh chemicals when tinting my lashes. I didn't have to wipe my eyes or rinse my eyes out after my lash tint when Courtney did it. It was a calm and relaxing experience. Honestly I can't wait until I have to go back again. Eyelashes obviously go through natural growth cycles, but it's been 20 days and my eyelashes are still curled. I am sure in the future I will be getting other services! She is very knowledgeable and even helped answer some questions I had about skin...which she did not have to do. Overall: YES. She took her time, she is professional, the setting is very relaxing, I 100% will be back. PS- Leave around an hour for this appointment, it only takes about 45 minutes, but you don't want to be in a rush because she takes her time with lifting the lashes! read more

Haut Face and Body Studio - Before and after lash lift and tint - Waxing Near Me - Chattanooga, Tennessee

So thankful Courtney was able to squeeze me in before my trip even though she does appointments only. She was very nice and I quickly felt comfortable with her. The entire process was quick and painless. I highly recommend her! read more

I just saw Courtney today for the first time to get a lash lift and tint. Previously, I had my lash lift and tint done in North Carolina and loved the results. However, my eyes stung in the process and some of my lashes ended up bent instead of having a natural curl. I didn't know any better and thought that's just how it was. After my lash lift and tint today with Courtney, I can't go anywhere else! The process only took 30 minutes vs the 1-hour before and my eyes didn't sting at all. Plus, I have a beautiful natural curl which I never thought would be possible with my hooded eyelids. Unfortunately, it's pretty difficult to take a selfie of the results, but take my word for it, your lashes will look fabulous after the lift. Bonus: I loved talking to her! I look forward to my next appointment! read more

This was seriously the best facial I've had in my life. Not only was the service wonderful and relaxing, my skin looks amazing. Courtney is a master at her craft; go see her. You won't be sorry. read more

Courtney is wonderful! Visiting her studio is super relaxing and I love chatting with her. The lash lift and tint changed my life. The results are instant and life changing. I love getting this done - I'm hooked! Today I had my first facial here. Again, the experience was relaxing, soothing, and all around lovely. My skin felt butter soft, and I was really pleased with how I looked right after I walked out. Definitely visit Courtney! read more

Courtney is amazing! She quickly responded to my appointment request, and was super friendly and welcoming when I arrived. My only complaint is that I wished I got more info on entering the building, it houses many businesses and you have to use the call box which didn't give good instructions (you have to use # then the number) I am extremely pleased with the service, it was clear that she knows what she's doing, is professional, efficient and has fair prices. I will definitely be a regular!! read more

OMG! Courtney is the BEST! The signature facial Courtney gives is Amazing! She is so thorough and touches on all problem areas. It is the most relaxing facial I've ever gotten. I also got the Lash Lift. I have small straight lashes and was so impressed with the last lift. My lashes were curled to perfection and all I had to do was apply mascara. I was truly surprised how well my short lack luster lashes kept the curl for weeks. I have already booked my next appointment. Courtney has made a client for life with me. read more

I'm so happy with the results! I had the Lash Lift & Tint done and i'm pleasantly surprised. It took a little under an hour for the entire process (included an upper lip waxing). Courtney was very personable and made me feel comfortable throughout. It was very relaxing and did not hurt. I was worried she wouldn't have any lashes to curl but she did and im happy i dont need to put mascara or anything foreign on my lash line. I always sucked at putting on those falsies - always had a corner that didnt stick. It's supposed to last 4-6 weeks so keep an eye on my update. All in all, a good experience. read more

Haut Face and Body Studio - Waxing Near Me - Chattanooga, Tennessee

I had an awesome first time experience here! I've never gotten a Brazilian wax but Courtney did a great job of making me fill comfortable throughout. I can tell she is very knowledgeable in her field as she was able to confidently answer all of my questions about skin care and other various things. She was very fast at communicating and setting my appointment. She's also very friendly and easy to talk to! I almost wanted to grab a chair and just chat about random things...and I am not the type of person to converse with strangers when it's not necessary. Lol Oh and the results after my wax was nothing less than amazing! All I can say is, smoooooth... I highly recommend and will be telling my friends to drop by if they need a wax. All good vibes at this place! I will definitely be back. Thanks Courtney! read more

Fantastic Facial, I have been going to Courtney for the past few months doing a mix of peels and the longer signature facial. She also helped me stream line my home care (I was using a million different products) to better suit my skin. It is looking so amazing now! Super reasonably priced too! I cant recommend her enough! The studio is really cute too. read more

I've gotten 2 lash lifts from Courtney (the owner) and she did a great job both times! She's super friendly and her prices are the best in the city :) read more

Courtney does an amazing job - I got a facial and wax at Haut Face and Body Studio. After the facial, my skin felt and looked fantastic. I ended up getting the Signature Facial. My skin has been kind of dry lately and the facial was tailored for my skin type - it was a great investment for my skin. I also got a full bikini wax and it turned out great. It was quick, relatively painless and she did a great job. I'll definitely be back for future facials/waxes! read more

So glad to have found this gem! Courtney's studio is so clean and she's very professional and friendly. I got a lash lift/ tint and eyebrow wax/tint. She's quick, neat, and precise. ONLY negative thing I would say is that my eyebrows are uneven because one was over-waxed, but I fill them in/ am able to overlook that because of how great everything else was. Pricing is very fair also. read more

Woooooooow. Great pricing, great services! I received a lash lift and tint. I also chose to do the add-on of the brow wax and tint. I am so happy with everything! The service was quick and relaxing and the owner is just so kind. Parking can be painful downtown but it was super easy to find free street parking here! I literally just pulled up in front and snagged a spot there. I have found my Chicago brow/lash gal and will definitely be back! read more

Courtney is very knowledgeable and informative regarding skincare. I have been going every 3 months for facials for about a year now and I wouldn't go elsewhere! She is honest and truly cares about your skin! Her place is incredibly clean and relaxing. I highly recommend her, you will not regret it! read more

Amazing experience! After a horrible waxing at a different salon, I was so nervous to get waxed again but Courtney made everything so pleasant and painless. I can't wait to come back! read more

Courtney is a true professional. I got a lash left and tint and was pleasantly surprised by the result and highly recommend it if you're someone like me who is over extensions. Courtney's space is clean, well organized and calm. She was friendly, patient and explained what she was doing as she was doing it so I knew exactly what to expect. She's also a great conversationalist so the time flies by. I booked my appt on line through the app on Courtney's site and it was super easy. I even got text reminders prior which was nice. I used a Living Social coupon and unlike some places I've been Courtney didn't treat me any differently then a "full paying customer". The day I went parking was kind of a pain so plan ahead to get there a bit early to have time to look for a spot. She's in a big building with lots of other business so you have to push in a code at the door and she lets you in. Neither of these last 2 comments are meant in anyway as negatives just FYI for someone going to Haut for the 1st time. I would highly recommend Courtney and actually directly after leaving I called my daughter and told her we should book an appointment for her next time she's in Chicago. read more

Were to start.... First of all wow! Amazing first time getting a lash lift!!!! Courtney did an amazing job and I love my lashes. She was very genuine and took the time to make my lashes perfect! I highly recommend going to Haut for any services I will be going back soon. I purchased through the Groupon app and it was the best money spend! My lashes were long and were just missing the ump for a curl... and wow the results are amazing! No more lashes for me. read more

Courtney is truly the best. I get a lash lift here pretty regularly and have gotten a facial before, there is a reason why I keep coming back! Absolutely loved my experience! I got an eyelash tint and perm and it made a HUGE difference and everyone asked if I got extensions. The process was quick and painless. 10/10 recommend! read more

It's been two weeks since I had my lash lift and tint and it still looks fabulous! It was my first time and it was an awesome experience. It only took about 45 minutes and the ambience was very relaxing. Courtney is very professional and even if I purchased the groupon, she won't try to sell you(or push you like other groupon vendors) to use her other services or buy her products. Will definitely go back! read more

They say no pain no gain, but in this case this is pure AND only gain Courtney is my to go girl when it comes to beauty. Her waxing techniques leave you spotless, and she is delicate at the same time which makes it a winner. Facials she provides give glow and hide the sleepless city life away from my face which I get in complements! I haven't tried the lash extentions yet. I love the professionalism and quality of HAUT and am glad I found it in the city, where it is hard to fish out solid beauty fix providers, and many services don't deliver. Thank you Courtney! read more

Courtney is my go to girl for all things about my face. I have very sensitive skin and have had issues with facials in the past but Courtney was happy to customize a facial to make my experience incredible. And so relaxing. I cannot recommend her services enough. read more

no signage, no parking, no instructions on how to get buzzed in even with multiple appt confirmations. wax was too hot and she was very sloppy with it. v. painful as she got wax stuck to me. came home to find myself covered in spots of wax and hair. there was a whole patch untouched as well, kind of amazing someone could do this all day and not be any better at it read more

Haut Salon and Courtney are GREAT! Not only is she super easy and fun to talk to, she's absolutely amazing at her job. The salon is in a great location and the interior is absolutely adorable and super private. The experience is comfortable, fast, and painless! She really made the entire appointment wonderful. I got a lash lift/tint and she absolutely killed it. My lashes have never looked better. She's incredible! Also, first time getting a bikini wax and it was so much better than I could have ever imagined. Ignore the horror stories because Courtney is TERRIFIC! I'm already looking forward to going back. Oh, and prices are reasonable and the variety of services offered is unreal. Check her out! read more

Courtney was amazing!! From the start she makes you feel comfortable & sets you up quickly. The facial was wonderful and through the process she lets you know what she is doing. She also answers any questions you may have! I had been breaking out recently but after the facial my face cleared. I will for sure be going back! Thanks Courtney! read more

Courtney is awesome. Yeah I used to bounce around on groupon trying to find someone I liked. I was going to just waxing for Brazilians but since it is annoying trying to get in last minute I headed back to Groupon and found Haute and Courtney! Boy I am glad I went! Courtney does quick and pain free Brazilians. The wax is that green hard wax that I love. Also had the hydrating holiday facials special. It was catered to my skin and needs and was amazing. Very easy to book and a cute studio in bucktown. I have been going now for a couple months now and don't plan on going anywhere else. Book now!!! read more

I visit Chicago frequently for work and to visit family so I'm always bouncing around from spa to spa every time I visit. Courtney is, hands down, the best waxing professional I have been to in that city. Let's face it, it can be super intimidating and stressful trying to find a new person to wax your lady bits. If you're anything like me, the personality of the waxing professional is just as important as her hair removing abilities. No one is going south of the border with hot wax that doesn't make me feel 100% comfortable. I have extra sensitive skin under my hair down there which has made for some very interesting (read: nightmare!) spa visits. Not only do I have to like the person, I have to feel like I can trust her as well. My hair removal standards are HIGH. The entire vibe of the studio immediately put me at ease when I walked through the door. This place is clean, contemporary, professional, and relaxing. Courtney immediately made me feel at home as soon as I walked through the door. She is personable, friendly, and down-to-earth. She was so easy to talk to I felt like I'd been coming to her for years. There wasn't any of that awkward new client feeling. The actual waxing was a breeze. It's hard to find someone that can do a great job waxing and make it quick. Courtney was like a hair removal ninja! We were chatting away and before I knew it, she was done. Amazing. I will definitely be coming back every time I stay in Chicago. Please don't go anywhere Courtney!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Haut. You (and your nether regions) won't regret it. Also, get a facial if you really want to spoil yourself...those are awesome too! read more
