Second, they don't listen to what you want, I had asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and she ignored me and proceed to thread my eyebrows. There was one time when she didn't let the wax cool a bit before applying and it left a scar on my eyebrow and upper lip for a month, WHEN I HAD TOLD HER IT WAS TOO HOT INITIALLY. Basically, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. Service-wise, this holds true as well. I've generally found their estheticians to be friendly and quick (which is what you want when it comes to waxing!) I saw Mitzy this week and she was a sweetie. (My only complaint, and this is from my HB visits in general, is that I sometimes have a fair amount of breakage which can lead to ingrown hairs. I'm not sure why this happens and if it's my bad or theirs!) I still love my waxing spot in ATL that I hit when I head to work, but this is certainly a great alternative here in town.
