As a tip for visitors, the hours listed here may need to be updated. (You will want to call in advance for an appt--this is not a walk-in situation, currently.) I will also say, I had been severely over-threaded in my teenage years and had been growing my brows out (only getting them cleaned up) for almost 2 years to allow regrowth. I don't know that my story was heard fully during my visit or that the brow shape given to me with a high arch fits me. They look really good but I'm not currently in love with them. Nikki suggested finding someone near me to follow the shape as they grow back in.

I've been a few times and Its not really worth it.. the service is absolutely horrible…read more First, they don't wash or sanitize hands between clients. Second, they don't listen to what you want, I had asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and she ignored me and proceed to thread my eyebrows. There was one time when she didn't let the wax cool a bit before applying and it left a scar on my eyebrow and upper lip for a month, WHEN I HAD TOLD HER IT WAS TOO HOT INITIALLY. Anyway, I tried giving this place a shot since it's so close to where I live but it's not worth the poor service.

The space is absolutely BEAUTIFUL -- very clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. We had services done by McKenzie and Krista, and they were both amazing. My brother got the salt facial, my mom did the Sage Signature, my husband got microneedling with PRP, and I tried the Sciton Moxi for the first time! We were all new to these treatments, so this was truly a TREAT. McKenzie and Krista answered every question and explained what to expect, especially for the microneedling and PRP (still can't believe my husband was open to it!). While waiting for our numbing cream to kick in, my husband and I tried the pulsed electromagnetic field therapy and red light therapy -- it was so rejuvenating! We felt grounded, refreshed, and even noticed a little immune boost afterward. We're all glowing and can't stop talking about how AMAZING we feel. We can't wait to come back -- honestly, it feels like something we NEED to make a regular thing for our self-care and wellness. Highly, highly recommend!!! The nail tech had to have been new or something, but from the start there was no how are you? How's your day going? Do you want anything to drink? (They offered it to the lady behind me, he chose to not offer me one for some reason), just no hospitality. He first started sanding off the old polish, which he burnt me with the drill multiple times. REMINDER I went in for a fill. Why did it take an hour plus to just finish the acrylic. He didn't even start the polish until 20 mins before I left. Which clearly shows the rush job. I told him I wanted the inspo EXACTLY (I even said I don't care about the price), he chose to cheap out and no use gems like the photo, and shitty painted on the moon, and two stars. Overall this place is trash. Don't go, the techs suck, they won't match the photo, and they'll burn tf out of your nail instead. And you can clearly see in the photos of my nails that he got glitter all over the other nails, he didn't take his time to do polish. See the photos of the close ups, don't give this place your money. I choose to go to the place since the reviews were older and maybe they got better.

Vibe: Walking in, it feels very chill and smells great! Decorate is pretty and relaxing. Service: very friendly and obliging. I was a walk-in as I found myself two hours to spare suddenly and in need of something pampering and relaxing. I'm also, an odd customer as I don't want polish but prefer to have my nails natural and buffed. They had no problem with doing that and the nail tech (I'm sorry his name has gone straight out of my head and I feel bad about that. I believe his name started with a Th...) didn't have a problem asking any questions along the way. Quality: my nail tech did a thorough job with my long forgotten feet and toenails and I'm very thankful.
