Basically, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. Service-wise, this holds true as well. I've generally found their estheticians to be friendly and quick (which is what you want when it comes to waxing!) I saw Mitzy this week and she was a sweetie. (My only complaint, and this is from my HB visits in general, is that I sometimes have a fair amount of breakage which can lead to ingrown hairs. I'm not sure why this happens and if it's my bad or theirs!) I still love my waxing spot in ATL that I hit when I head to work, but this is certainly a great alternative here in town.

At 11am, after 35 minutes of waiting, this client was finished - and it was the client that was walked in at 10:35am. So, either they let her go before me, but most likely were just running way behind. My eyebrow wax took less than 5 minutes and despite 35+ minutes of waiting and the conversation I had with the front desk lady - she still had the nerve to ask how my services were (fully aware I was upset) and CHARGED ME FULL CHARGE. A couple tips: * Learn how to schedule so you don't waste people's time. I could have easily come in at 11, but you said 10:30 was open. * When you screw up and a client is unhappy for appropriate reasons, make it up to them.

You either have to parallel park on a busy street (if your lucky enough to find a spot) or park in a parking lot across the street. I had an appointment for 5 o'clock today and unfortunately could not find parking so I was 5 minutes late. When I walked in, there was a lady ahead of me signing in. After she finished signing in I told them I had a 5 O'clock appointment and apologized for being late because of parking. They said they could not see me today because I was 5 MINUTES late. The blocked appointment time is 40 minutes so I was confused as to how 5 minutes made that big of a difference. My sneaking suspicion was that they accepted the lady in front of me as a walk in in place of my appointment. Conveniently as I was walking out and back to my car I received a text message saying my appointment had been cancelled. What good is a text message AFTER you've already been in and turned away?? Overall I am very disappointed in the fact that they decided to accept a walk in ahead of a returning customer. I have a busy weekend and this was the only time I could do it. I have been to this location one time before and had the same frustrations with parking as well as the wax that the technician used nearly BURNED my skin. I will not be returning to this location.
