I am shocked and saddened about the poor business practices at Thrive Wellness…read more Thrive is now open only three days a week (which makes it difficult to book an appointment), and they would not honor their January 2025 special that I paid for (50 units Botox and a facial for $500) after 30 days (I tried booking my facial on February 25th and was told by Heather that they no longer have the materials to honor a free facial). I really liked Jodi, and was planning to come back to Thrive even though the front staff is extremely rude. I've left a message for Jodi to call me back to discuss (as I've just learned she is the owner), I hope she calls and I can change this review to a positive one. With all of the Med-Spa competition in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas, one would think Thrive would want to keep a loyal customer of 2 years. So very disappointing.
