I…read morealways believed facials were mostly about relaxing and less about results, but Suzanne knows what she's doing! She cleared my black heads, milia, exfoliated and hydrated my skin. It was also extremely relaxing. A true treat!! All of the women at PURE Face Care are true gems! Great energy and so inviting. I also like how they have cultivated a collection of skincare that you don't see everywhere. All skus seem very intentional! I can't wait to go back!!

So I was late back to work - not a huge deal because my schedule is flexible but adding thirty minutes to the end of my day wasn't appreciated. But okay. Shit happens. The pedicure was good. No pushing me for upgrades, no pressure. I appreciate that. The manicure - good god. He cut every single one of my fingers. Every. Single. One. And LAUGHED about it repeatedly. Literally was like "did it again!" I'm not sure why I even stayed, lol. I couldn't believe it. I finally pulled my hand away and looked at him and he laughed and said "last time I promise". Yeah. It was the last finger you had. Anyway the paint was so bumpy on my fingers. Now my cuticles are all scabbed. What a waste of time and money. I tipped because I felt bad and the pedicure was good, but I wish I hadn't. I won't be back and I don't recommend this place. Hopefully I don't get an infection.

He takes his time to make sure that your nails are done right. For me it's all about quality of how you're doing the customers nails. Not about how many customers you have. So, ladies if you want your nails done right, I recommend coming here and asking for Ryan. You want be disappointed.

I've recently moved from Oregon was looking for someone who could replace my excellent technician back there. I had visited another salon in Ooltewah and received less than satisfactory service so was a little concerned. I checked Yelp and found Judy's with 4 1/2 stars. You know, with Yelp, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, but this time I scored! Although quiet, Miriam was solid, consistent and gentle. I have slightly "difficult" feet, so feel blessed to now have a pedicure "home". I will be returning!

I don't know why I went back to this place!…read more The reason I went is because it is close to my house and I had company coming for Fourth of July. The place was super busy but I got in. It was a TERRIBLE experience on my second visit again! First I asked for bubble bath powder dip for my mani. They rushed through it, so much so that they didn't even put it under a lamp or give me a hand and arm lotion mini massage. Then rushed me over to pedicure where they said they would match my color. Came back twice with not a matching color but a horrible coral! Under the lights, the rushed feeling I was experiencing, I said fine. I don't v like tiger color at all and they certainly don't match my nails but beyond that, they barely touched my calluses. I paid (with tip) a total of $90 and worse of all, here it is, not even one week later I have three chipped nails (as if it was regular polish, not the dip. I should have known. The first time they burned all my cuticles and now they did a rushed job, charged me for powder dip when really it v was just a manicure, decided on their own color and barely worked on the calluses on my feet. I will never go back again! I will say the Zen at Cambridge square was a totally different experience for the same thing I got and the powder lasted over two months! I would definitely recommend THAT Zen at Cambridge. I am including a picture of the bad job they did and I now have to spend another $90 to have them properly at the other zen at Cambridge! Just horrible.they herd you in, don't listen and rush the service. Never again!!
