I have pretty strong nails, naturally, but at my last gel manicure appt, the girl ground them down til they were thinner than paper. I had to return to get 3 broken nails repaired within 3 days & within a week all were broken off. Just a plain gel manicure & she ruined all my nails. They're now ALL cut off to the quick... like a man & that makes me angry. Pedicures are hit or miss. Some take their time and do a great job, others rush through. This is my second time coming to Lexor, and I am absolutely ecstatic! The last time I came in, Peter did my nails (the dark and French tips with glitter) and he was so attentive, he even re-did a design without me having to ask, so that he got it perfect. This was my first time at Lexor. Although I made appointments in advance for a glo pedicure and a dip manicure with specific technicians, neither of them were there at my appointment times to provide these services. The pedicure I was received was sloppy and unsatisfactory. It wasn't until I got outside into the daylight that I saw just how terrible. Please see the photos. I don't plan to go back. And although I believe my pedicure should be refunded, I don't have the energy to spend. We'll see if they monitor reviews and want to make this right. I have been to Lexor exclusively since moving back into area last summer. I have never had a bad experience! I think new ownership is doing great! I recommend making an appointment - there's lots of good nail techs that work here. Julie did the ombré hit pink and coral nails from my picture & Lily the former ow we did my white tips with foil detail nails. Their pedicures range from $30-$85 depending on services you choose from their menu and their manicure and hand services depend on what you ask for. A typical one color dip powder set is $45. You can tip on the card now so if you don't have cash don't worry! read more

Let me start off by saying I do love my nails and they typically last 4-5 weeks between fills and dont lift or break. My dissatisfaction is on the employee named Kevin. My 16 year old daughter, her 15 year old friend, my niece, my 18 year old daughter and myself went to get get our nails done yesterday, 10/27/22. My daughter and her friend got there before the rest of us and told me how horrible her friends nails were done. She asked if I could tell them to redo her nails, so i did. I showed them how horrible her nails were done. So Brooklyn and the pregnant nail tech went ahead and took action to get them redone. They sat her at a table, looked at the shitty work that was done and began soaking the dip off. Kevin came out from the back room, I guess to investigate all the talk going on and approached my daughters 15 year old friend and started arguing and yelling at her. I was still waiting in the lobby and heard him yelling at her so I jumped in. I told him he did a shitty job and needed to redo his work. He said well this is what the customer wanted. He kept arguing and made this poor girl feel so embarrassed. He was ok with the work he did on her hands. His work is what is displayed for the public to view, and as a teenager you dont think they talk, that's losing business. So Brooklyn called the manager who was off and told her the situation, she did approve to get her nails redone by a seasoned nail tech who is one of my favorites, Henry. I was told my daughters friend would receive a discount for the trouble she went through and she ended up paying full price. This is so upsetting, so on top of this Yelp review I also left a review on the website as well. The public deserves to know how shitty Kevin's work is. This little girl is 5'4 100 lbs, skinny little hands. He made her hands look masculine and gross. Oh and dont bother making appointments either, they never call you on time. I typically wait 45 minutes to an hour of my appointment time. That's upsetting by itself, then add shitty work. read more

I went and got the dip nails didn't even have them a week got a whole infection in my finger had to go to the doctor to get antibiotics and then the rest would just break and bleed, and then they charged me to take them off when there the ones who should fix it because they clearly don't know what they're doing!!! Julie (nails) and Brian (toenails) are amazing. I've been here before, a long time ago, but when Niki left , I followed her back to Zen. Unfortunately Zen raised their prices, so I decided to make a bold move and check out Lexor again. My goodness! I'm glad I did! Not only did I receive literally the best pedicure I've ever had with a 13 minute leg massage and fabulous toenails, but my nails are also perfect! I'm very PICKY and tend to criticize when I'm not receiving what I'm paying for, but there's NOTHING to criticize here. I'm elated with my results and I only paid $119. That's for an awesome pedicure, having my nails soaked off and a complete acrylic full set (no tips my nails are long). Please remember to tip at least 20%. This is a great service! read more

My first time here! Very welcoming the moment you come into the salon and walked right in and got started! Pedicure was amazing and I tried the tangerine pedicure and was highly satisfied! First time ever having a foot mask done and will have it done every time! Atmosphere is so luxurious and very relaxing! Do not even think about going here especially without an appointment. You will get very poor customer service. The communication is awful. No one is in charge. We waited over an hour for a gel manicure and kept getting pushed to the back of the line as others with appointments kept coming in. No one even informed us of a possible wait. Tried a new spa for a pedicure with gel paint and removal of dip on my nails with a manicure as well as clear polish. The color on my toes isn't what I asked for and is very thin and the pedicure was very poorly done. Manicure was lacking too. I spent 2 hours and $80 for basically a polish removal. I'm home now scrubbing my own feet and moisturizing them because neither was done well during my pedicure. read more

I made a reservation at this place two weeks in advance for myself and my daughter, it's her birthday. When we showed up to our appointment we weren't addressed. There weren't enough chairs to sit in because I later found out that an employee was sitting in the only chair available. After 10 minutes went by of the employee playing on his phone another employee told them to address us. The employee finally stands up and tells my daughter "what do you want!" When she tried to tell him he interrupted her yelling "what do you want" again. Then finally told us to follow him. I can honestly say I have never written a review in my lifetime but after this I had to. Just relocated and was looking for a new nail tech. I found Julie from the reviews here on yelp. The first time I went she did great nails. She was very nice and helpful and I was convinced she was going to be my new nail tech. The second time I went back she didn't say a word to me( which I didn't really care I just come to get my nails done not conversation). I had an appointment at 5:15 and the front desk lady told me that unfortunately Julie was getting her nails done and if I'd like to come back. I made an appointment days prior but she decided she wanted to get her nails done at the time of my appointment. I waited 45 minutes and after waiting she never once apologized. She then rushed my nails and got mad when I told her that I wanted my nails more pointed and less round. I then decided to make another appointment to give her another chance and when I got there she was laying on the chair on her phone while I sat in the lobby waiting for her to decide that she was ready. I asked her to do chrome and she told me she didn't have chrome even though I previously got chrome done from her on my last nail appointment! I asked her if she had a certain color for under the chrome and she said " don't know" and continued to watch YouTube on her phone. Although my nails turn out okay when I go to her she is soooo rude and never prepared for an appointment and ALWAYS rushes doing my nails yet thinks she deserves a tip!! Not happening. I will now be finding a new nail tech, one who actually wants the business and the generous tip that I always leave to someone who is worth it read more

This is by far my favorite place I have found in the Chattanooga area! They were so friendly and got me in and out. I had a really bad experience with a different nail salon right before I came to this one and they helped me fix my nails, no problem!
