I took my daughter and niece to get their nails done and I got a pedicure. I told the man six times my niece is only wanting gel polish, not a manicure. He kept saying yeah so I assumed he understood. I then told another man I have a toenail that needs extra attention bc of an ingrown. He said ok. I repeated myself multiple times. He refused to listen or didn't understand and pretended he did. My pedicure looks like a child did it. My daughter wanted acrylics with a design. OMG it's worse I've ever seen nails look! At the end they charged for a manicure when told not to do it. Charged twenty dollars extra for gel polish and only done gel on one person. Tried to find a place with good reviews since I'm visiting from out of town. I couldn't regret coming here more. A man attempted to give me a regular manicure. No communication. Poor manicure skills. Ignored my questions, and even said "yeah" when I asked if he could hear/understand me. He then cut my finger during the cuticle trim with barely any apology. A woman who also works there started talking rudely to me when I said I prefer to let my polish dry via the fan instead of the UV light. These are the most hateful people I've ever encountered in a nail salon. To top it off, my nails look like crap. Thanks for nothing SoHo. You're a complete NO-GO. read more

RUN FAST AND IMMEDIATELY, IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO DO ANYTHING EXTRA OR FUN WITH YOUR NAILS. I went into this establishment a full hour before closing, and made sure to confirm that my timing was okay. There were only two ladies being serviced, plus, they were almost done when I walked in. Everything was great, as far as the environment and employee friendliness, cleanliness. Superb! The establishment was so cute to me, and I was very comfortable in my seat! The music was complimentary and everything! However, when I asked for a "SPLIT NAIL" for my middle fingers, the employee doing my nails (Very much older man) huffed and puffed! If I was a little pig, he would've blew my house down, honey!! Long story short, he messed up my nails. Simple. The other nails where great. I think he shaped them correctly and did a good job polishing. However, that split nail was horrid and he KNEW that. He tried to fix it by adding a silver line through the middle that was sooooo transparent. It was sad. Then, he got even angrier when I said I didn't like the split. Lol. I was appalled. He literally just put half of one polish and half of the other on the nail. No strip or eye measurement for accuracy. Or nothing. I've gotten this design from plenty times from The Nail Bar on Gunbarrel. Exceptional job they do. The line is always clean...But they were closed. I'm so upset, but this is was I get for cheating with a less qualified nail salon. If you don't know how to do something or don't feel like doing it correctly, let somebody know. I would've chosen something even easier for him. read more

I've had my nails and feet done here many times by different people. I recently went and had a full set dip powder done. 3 hours later because she kept messing them up. Not only did the lady make me bleed twice by being way too rough and ripping my cuticle back but also on a 3rd nail cut the side of my skin so bad. Soho nails is under new management and they were very rude to me. I got my nails done and after 1 week about 5 had broke in half.. I spoke with a women by the name of Jolee and she told me that I could come in and they would fix them. When I went in and got them fixed the man tried to charge me $50 for a full new set smh. Jolee stood back and said nothing and all the men stood up firmly in my face. While leaving a lady that came in a moment ago told me that she had just gotten her nail fixed and had been there the previous day because about 4 had broken in half like mines. While the lady was talking to me outside one of the fellows came outside and told me make it my last time coming. The new management are rude and very unprofessional. They do your acrylic nails really thin people thought I had on press ons. I had 3 missing nails by the 3rd day of my vacation. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

I went and got my nails done and I had to wait a long time because they didn't see me.. with 2 people available. Then she started to do them I noticed it was patchy and not drying. I mentioned it she said no it was fine. It looked bad the owner came over and noticed how bad they looked it was hell so it should be hard he tried to tell her how to fix it he started to do it himself, then said it was just the polish I said I don't want them done I'll just come back later it doesn't look good he insisted that he do them. In the end they looked awful I had to change the polish he just paired over the messed up color that was there. And then he gave me 3 dollars off so I paid 20 dollars for something that is chipped off I hate. read more

I am very impressed. My nail tech was Hannah and she was phenomenal! The shop itself is very clean and feels very sanitary. All the tools were in sealed bags, there were disposable liners in the pedicure foot baths. The leg and foot massage was wonderful and they follow that up by wrapping your legs and feet in a nice hot towel. They also offer complimentary drinks, including wine. My toes look great and I was completely relaxed! The manicure was just as good. The hand massage was wonderful- I'm very impressed by Hannah. I'm highly critical of nail salons, and this one blew away all my expectations. I'll be back! read more

Love this place. Nancy did a fabulous job of redoing my nails. I needed to have the old acrylics taken off, new tips put on and a new set of acrylic and gel polish put on. She was gentle and efficient, and the final product was far superior to anything else I have gotten at other salons in the area. I highly recommend this salon and Nancy in particular. read more

They did an *adequate* job on my nails the last time I went when the management was new (probably like 2018?) But I haven't been back since then. Now I go to the Nail Bar by TJMaxx, they're my new regular spot. If it was the old management and people working there I'd probably still be going to Soho. I miss them! :( read more

I normally see Chantie who does a great job. Today I saw someone else and my nails are a hot mess as I get ready to leave for my anniversary beach trip. I told the lady I wanted a French manicure after my fill in. She painted the tops white and clear coated the rest. Finally, found pink. The pink is painted on top of the white and there are bubbles all over. Now I have to pay to have them redone somewhere else. Very disappointed. Waste of time and money today. read more

This is the first time I've given a nail salon 5 stars. I was totally impressed with this salon. I went in and had eyelash extensions put on. Chante did an amazing job. She was quick and put me at ease since I was a little nervous. I had clusters added for $45 and wow they look great. I then had a manicure pedicure and was blown away by the job done. I had the french manicure by Chante's husband Sean. Seriously it was the best french manicure I've had in my life. That is saying a lot since I lived in LA for 25 years. He steamed my gel off which I really liked because I hate when they scrape my nails. He used the tape to make the french tip perfect. I then had a fantastic pedicure. He really took time and language is slight barrier. I did need to ask him to repeat himself but I couldn't care less. He was a sweetheart and I have a new place to go. The worst since new management. I really use to enjoy this place not anymore. Was told 30 minutes wait 1 and half. There was only one tech the whole time and he did not speak English very well. He asked if I wanted water or wine I said water I got wine. I said water he said white yes. I said no water please again said white yes! I gave up. Water was freezing when I asked for warmer water they never got to it!!! My mani/pedi was the worst I have ever had!!! read more
