Arrived at the office and was told that the doctor and the nurse I was scheduled to see had left for the day because the front desk couldn't reach me to tell me about their safety protocol (remember the nice lady in the lobby?). So they just left before my appointment. I cleared my calendar and drove 50 minutes to this appointment in a busy, unfamiliar city to be told no one was there to meet with me.
