Melissa did an amazing job with making me comfortable, as well as answered every question I had. It is a painless process, and beautiful results! Warning it does take a long time to get done. It took about an hour exactly to put the lash extensions on fully. I can't hold still for too long, so that was a little bit of a struggle, but so worth it. I love my results and I feel she did a really good job with meeting the expectations I had. I do find it annoying that I can't rub my eyes after I shower ( LOL!) but it's not the worse thing that can happen. Overall I am very satisfied with the service at Deka! Second, they don't listen to what you want, I had asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and she ignored me and proceed to thread my eyebrows. There was one time when she didn't let the wax cool a bit before applying and it left a scar on my eyebrow and upper lip for a month, WHEN I HAD TOLD HER IT WAS TOO HOT INITIALLY. Anyway, I tried giving this place a shot since it's so close to where I live but it's not worth the poor service.
