I made an appoint with Mary Jane this morning and I regret it with everything I have in me!! My brows aren't even close to looking the same anymore! She just went in full throttle and made my left brow so short it does even go to the end of my eye anymore!!! I look so stupid! I am going to Have to pencil in my brows until it grows back. I had full nice brows and only really needed a clean up. This is the WORST brow experience i have ever had in my life. I included what my brows were before to what she gave me. Run away find another place because this is NOT it! Id rather go to Ulta and pay $30 to make sure my brows are done right. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I can't believe I payed for them to ruin my brows.

Second, they don't listen to what you want, I had asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and she ignored me and proceed to thread my eyebrows. There was one time when she didn't let the wax cool a bit before applying and it left a scar on my eyebrow and upper lip for a month, WHEN I HAD TOLD HER IT WAS TOO HOT INITIALLY. Anyway, I tried giving this place a shot since it's so close to where I live but it's not worth the poor service.
