I can't feel or see any difference. After spending about 35-40 min for a 2 very highly recommended services on very pricy cost $$$. I had checked many places and only 1 in Chattanooga "HB" its worth the time and the money!! From now on I will only follow the recommendations since I'm tired of disappointment. Best facials I have ever gotten! I have gone to Lindsay twice now in preparation for my wedding. She has nearly put me to sleep by the end of the facial both times because it's so relaxing. I never experience any sort of reaction afterwards like redness or peeling. She has a great deal of experience and is very professional. I went into this spa to have Jenna, give me schlero injections for my spider veins. She said the spider veins were too small to inject (I've had injections for over 20 years & they work well) so she did laser on my legs. This was on June 4, 2021. Since then I've sent her numerous pictures and gone in for a consultation, concerned about how much worse my legs are. She assured me that they get worse and then get better. That "this means it's working". And that if it doesn't get better we would try something else. I wouldn't be left like this. I trusted her. I sent her a picture on Sept 16. She called me the next day telling me that my money was being refunded because it wasn't working. I said but my legs are 10x worse than they were before I came in there. Can we do injections or something? She said no "they're too small." She said she was sorry. Thanks to her, they are not too small now They know they ruined my legs . Summary: I went to this spa to take care of just a few red spider veins. Jenna did laser on them and now I have many more and they are much more prominent and darker. She assured me this wouldn't be permanent and if it was she would help. My legs have never been this bad. I have to find someone to fix the mess they made of my legs. I haven't been able to wear shorts since before June. I did before my visit. They make matters worse and then just send you away to find someone else to fix it. I'm going to let you in on a little secret- MICRODERMABRASION. Foolishly I'd been afraid of technically having the top layer of my skin gentlely scraped off. Did I mention it's your face that they're doing to? Did I mention my skin is now nicer then my unblemished 6 month old niece's? If I pass a reflective surface I will stop and stare, cause damn I look good! When you walk into Larimar you immediately get a sense of the experience you are about to have. You will be led to a handsomely appointed waiting lounge that is stocked with plenty of beverages and snacks. You will next go into the changing area to put on a robe and put your belongings in a locker. Then the good stuff starts. I happened to get a massage from Amy and this woman has magic hands. My next treatment was a hydrating facial with microdermabrasion. What I have to say is - I've had facials and massages I thought were amazing, until I had my experiences here and had my mind blown. They took things to the next level. Interesting that we're content with pretty good until we find or experience exceptional. read more

Went today for a treatment and was both well catered to and pleased at the various health and safety precautions in place given the current situation! The staff is so so nice, the spa itself is beautiful, and there was generous signage posted that spoke to the measures being taken to distance and protect one another. I have went to numerous Day Spas and Med Spas and Larimar is by far the best I have ever been to. I have had bad experiences with one local spa damaging my skin with a chemical peel when the esthetician did not listen to me when I told her the peel was burning my skin and the staff at another local spa is always rude to clients. Since the first time I walked in four years ago until now, I have always been treated with nothing but professional service and care. They assess each client individually and together you determine what you want and need. They don't try to convince you that you need a product or service just to make money. If you don't need a product or service, then it will not be recommended to you. They believe in taking care of each client. Deidre is great. I would recommend her to anybody, and have in the past. I alternate between a Hydrafacial and an oxygen facial and sometimes throw in microdermabrasion or dermaplaning. All are excellent and make my face feel wonderful and look amazing. The Hydrafacial adds hydration and improves fine lines. I can really tell a difference in the appearance and feel of my skin after a treatment with Deidre. She is very knowledgeable with skin products also. I am somewhat of a product "junky" but she does not let me go overboard. She listens to my concerns and has setup a skin regimen to fit my needs. I have also had several laser treatments with Jackie. Limelight, to help with age spots and tiny veins and Laser Genesis to help with skin texture and fine lines. I have had hair removal also. I was very satisfied with all the laser treatments I had. Jackie takes the time to understand your skin and what is best for you. I have people comment about how good my skin looks and how much younger I look than my actual age. I owe it all to Larimar! Thank you Deidre and Jackie. read more
