I had a very good experience with Aaron, who did a deep tissue massage on me. He even used cupping on my right leg/Thigh which was in horrible pain on the pain scale. I left feeling like the tension and lactic acid buildup in my muscles , especially in my neck and shoulder region, was released. That night I slept better than I had in a long time. I had a very good experience and will return. Just a note though: They have mask mandates in place for the time you are in the facility and they have you park your vehicle and text them before you come to the front door. You have a very confusing system for entering building. I was told to come 15 minutes early to register, COVID problems. I arrived and was told to wait in the car and someone would come out for me. I waited and when it was time for my appointment someone came and said it would cut into my massage time because I hadn't registered online. I didn't know I had to register online. The sweetie and I just love this place for massages. They have always been friendly, accommodating and strive to give you the best service for what you need/want. Between the two of us, we've had many types of massages with different therapists-- relaxation, deep tissue, even prenatal-- and have never been disappointed. We've recently started getting couples massages every 6 weeks or so with the same two therapists and really like the service we get. All this being said, know that this is not a spa. There are no fluffy robes or cucumber water. And you know what? That's a good thing. Even though those extras are nice, nothing is free and you certainly pay for them one way or another when going to other establishments. Here, they focus on giving you a quality massage at reasonable prices. Their prices are based on frequency of service, not a membership or by having some monthly fee. So refreshing. So let me preface this review by saying I am not really a message person to begin with. I made an appointment for a couples message and we were 10 minutes early so we could fill out the paperwork. As we waited (35 minutes) for our appointment, all we listened to was the young girl who complained she had a migraine talking about what she was dressing up as for Halloween and what she was going to do. Fine. What wasn't fine was the man she was talking to was talking about how he was dressing up as a disgruntled employee and how that isn't even a lie. For 35 minutes all my husband and I listened to was how awful it was for them to work there. Needless to say, by the time we went back, I wasn't in the mood for a message. The two women who gave us our message were professional, but I think I got the inexperienced one because she kept taking her hands off of my body and moving from my back to my neck to my legs and there was no "flow". I finally just asked to to rub my feet only, and was happier when she did that. My husband loves his body message but didn't understand why she didn't message the front of his shoulders and his chest. He said it was the first body message where they hadn't touched the front of him and said maybe they should call it a back body message. I don't think we will come back, and I have shared my experience with others who've said they've experienced similar attitudes from their staff. My doctor who recommended them initially said yesterday that she's not sure what happened but here last three messages were awful and she's contemplating trying someplace new. My main comment to the business owner is - pay attention to what's going on. If your staff is miserable and disgruntled then there work performance will suffer. Don't just fire or reprimand the staff, but ask yourself what you can do to lift the morale. If everyone is feeling the same - maybe the employer should look to do something different. read more

I researched this place online while we were coming from Atlanta and stopping over for the night en route to Nashville. We booked a last minute massage for her with Samantha (I'm almost positive) and she really enjoyed it. She decided right after that she wanted another one...as we were at the tail-end of vacation and it had been a bit of a hurried trip. The second massage was with Tiffany (the following day in the morning) and was so good she wants to plan a trip around coming back. I can't say enough about how happy y'all made her. Hands down some of the best massages in Chattanooga. This is not a "parlor" nor is it a spa. You will not find a masseuse or masseur anywhere here. They are therapists who practice practice healing. I have seen Jen and Jackie. Both of them are excellent therapists. They really listen to what you are needing and work with the body to give the best therapeutic massage. It is evident as soon as you walk in that you are in a place ...different from other spas, salons or massage chains. One word... "Peaceful"... This place is aaaaaaaaamazing!!!...Very relaxed environment and everyone here takes care of you. They take the time to find out your problem areas and make sure that they address those first. The rooms are very cozy and peaceful. Dress down to your comfort. I loved the music. Who knew that the sound of crickets could relax me. It was all Zen. There's a heating pad on the massage bed, felt like I was laying on warm apple pie. My therapist was very attentive. I get a massage here regularly because this is the first and only place I've gotten massages. I didn't see the need to try out other massage places. All of the therapists do excellent work. The place isn't a fancy spa like other places but you get wonderful massages here. That's the whole point anyways. To get a very therapeutic massage, not all the fancy other stuff. You get peace of mind and body getting a massage here. I like that you don't have to get a membership like other massage places in order to get great massage deals. As long as you get a massage within 60 days of your last appointment, you get the great price for your massage. This place has been a saving grace for my fiancé and I. It's a smaller establishment, there are no fancy super thick robes, or rose petals scattered all over the table with complimentary wine and chocolates, but it is exactly what it needs to be and that is a message therapy clinic. When I'm in pain I don't care about the frills that knocks the bill up, I want relief. They give you a form to fill out where you go over your medical history and explain what hurts most. They then find you a person that fits your needs best. The place is always very clean and the staff is more than helpful and friendly. Booking appointment was way too difficult on the website and therapist had difficulty with office computer when booking my next appointment after.
