I have been working with Nicole for about 6 weeks now, and have loved every minute of it! Nicole's sessions are great - there is always a variety of exercises that we do throughout the week which makes it more exciting. I had not worked out in a while when I started my first week, which made it rough, but I went everyday that week because I enjoyed it so much. I have seen SO much improvement and feel like I am on the track to being in really good shape. The other great thing about Nicole is that she is not only "your trainer" but she makes a point to get to know each person in the class individually and is always open to questions and is eager to help us in every way that she can! I am very happy that I joined her program, it has made working out enjoyable - which it never really was for me. One last thing that is great about this program and Nicole, is that she LOVES what she does and it is very noticeable. When we are doing one exercise she says, and then we get to do a really fun one! I have been coming to Nicole's class 2-3 mornings a week for 2.5 years now. It has become a highlight in my life! She is an amazing trainer with expert knowledge about the body and how best to work the muscles; and she is genuinely passionate about what she does and caring toward each of us in class. She makes every workout really challenging and different every day! I've never been in such a creative class, and I'm doing things I never thought I could do! She knows how to push us hard, but also offers great modifications for anyone who needs it. I have been going to work out with Nicole since Mid February of this year and I have seen amazing results!! I have lost 38 pounds in only 4 months! I go 4 times a week to her sunrisers boot camp. Her classes are never the same so you don't ever get bored. She Has a perfect Mix of cardio and weights combined with the occasional friendly competition for motivation. But what truly makes her classes amazing is Nicole herself. She is incredibly knowledgable about what she does so is always willing and available any questions you may have. Nicole is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. She really gets you motivated and pushes you to work harder. Nicole gets to know her clients individual needs and goals, so even if you're working out in a group of people, she makes sure that each person is being challenged by their workout. I have been training with the Sunrisers (her early morning bootcamp) group since October of 2011. I was recovering from shoulder surgery, so I was out-of-shape and lacked strength. Since starting the group, and improving my diet, I have lost about 18 lbs, and gone from 30% body fat to almost 24%--not to mention almost totally rehabbed my shoulder! Nicole has the ability to zero-in on what motivates each individual, and she really wants participants to have fun. Nicole has been my personal trainer for almost a year. She is fun to work out with and she really pushes me hard. She listens to my goals, injuries, and she knows what I like to do and what I don't and takes all of it into account. She is always on time, very organized, and extremely flexible about the changes in our workout times that my busy schedule often requires. She also gives the best massages!
