She had hip replacement surgery and the employee that helped us, Jake, gave us the paper work we needed only asking the reason. That was all. Because of this outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction, my wife plans to rejoin as soon as she can. The policies cannot be beat. I cannot say enough about how clean the place is, how great the employees are, and their "no trap" policy. Even if you fulfill the terms of your contract the gym will attempt to bill you for services they do not provide. A classic example predatorial, unethical, abusive, and deceptive billing practice. Then, if you do not pay, they threaten to send your account to collection. I am in the process of filing complaints with the Tennessee Better Business Bureau, Tennessee division of Consumer Affairs, and the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. I am leaving reviews on Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, and other social media apps to warn others of the danger of joining Workout Anytime. I have canceled my membership and will not accept the unfair and shady business practice that this gym has become notorious for. I strongly advise anyone considering joining this gym to consider alternative locations!
