I said yes and I really like it. I have been going for about a month and I already feel better. The long gentle stretches really help my flexibility and the stress relief is good for me too. Everyone is super friendly & welcoming here! The studio is impeccably clean & well kept. All the equipment is top notch & well cared for. The instructor (Sarah) for my first class at this studio taught an amazing control & balance class. I've been doing Pilates for about 7 months now (at a different studio before I moved) and it was wonderful to get back into it! Looking forward to making Hamilton Place my new home studio!
