I love her hands on Reiki approach and her frequent use of essential oils to assist. Every single session is different, but powerful all the same. Everyone is super friendly & welcoming here! The studio is impeccably clean & well kept. All the equipment is top notch & well cared for. The instructor (Sarah) for my first class at this studio taught an amazing control & balance class. I've been doing Pilates for about 7 months now (at a different studio before I moved) and it was wonderful to get back into it! Looking forward to making Hamilton Place my new home studio!

They do offer other classes besides Power Yoga, but that seems to be their speciality and part of the reason I found them (I was trained in the Baptiste Style). They also have teacher training and workshops opportunities. Price wise it is reasonable; it is most cost effective to buy a package. There are nice bathrooms, showers, and changing areas if you are going right before or after work. One of the nicest things they offer is childcare with certain classes (and I don't even have kids)! If you want sweat and not feel guilty about Sunday brunch with mimosas, be sure to check out the Sunday 9am class with Jennifer! All of the classes and teachers here have really impressed me.
