I have been a member for 15 years. This place is the best. I love the cleanliness of the equipment, and the friendly staff. There is something for everyone from rehab to strength training. There is always someone available if you have a question about how to use a machine or proper way to do a move. If you get in a rut I recommend jumping into one or more of the classes that are part of your membership. We all need a little push sometime and after the burn of a good class I feel the drive that has kept me strong all these years. Keep up the good work. Literally a fine gym. But the staff is so rude and disrespectful, I went in today like I have been for the last 8 months and got told I couldn't use my mom's card to scan in. Expensive membership to have no sort of guest pass. I kindly asked her what I can do to get added on to my mom's card, she then replied that I didn't look like the women that was the cardholder..... my mother..... I understand staff does not control policy but I was trying to resolve the situation so maybe I can get back to my workout. She only mentioned a guest pass to me after I seemed upset with how she was speaking to me but even then she prestened the offer with enough attitude to knock me out. She seemed more worried about getting me out of the gym than resolving my issue. I'll make sure to go to literally any other gym in dalton it'll be half priced and you can bring in a guest and the staff probably won't spit in your face! read more

This is a great place to get a comprehensive workout and also participate in multiple wellness events for your diet, healthy living education, and other events. They have everything you need for exercise including free weights, isotonic machines, spin bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, lap pool, water aerobics classes, basketball, racquetball, etc. Highly recommend! read more

I've been working out for over 10 years now and in that time I've used close to 30 different gyms. I have come to realize that for me there are either two types of gyms I prefer: bright areas with hundreds of various pieces of equipment that leave me thinking "This is a place that makes me feel spoiled with the variety it offers" or darker places where serious body builders go because no one else wants to be in such a dark, hot place with seriously old school equipment. This is a place that takes the worst of both locations. Apparently the Bradley Center decided to invest all of their money into cardio equipment. Unfortunately there is no uniformity in the equipment. This has brought me to refer to this place as "The Goodwill of gyms- where they will take whatever donations they are offered". The weights are even worse. I have no idea how many different styles of plates they offer but I'm guessing they're all from 30 years ago or so? After seeing how the YMCA in Rome offers new, rubber coated weights I don't understand how a gym that's suppose to be the best in Dalton can get by with such a poor selection of mismatched equipment. My final complaint is that they have not organized the weights in the upper area since I first started attending back in December. You mean to tell me in six months not a single employee has been asked to organize the weights? I asked one of the male trainers if they ever organized the weights and his response was, "Some of those dumbbells weight almost as much as me! It's difficult for me to organize something that heavy." Perhaps you shouldn't have decided to be a personal trainer if you can't meet the physical job requirements? And what's up with the lack of mirrors in the weight room in the lower level? Anyone who's serious about lifting wants to be able to watch their form. So you either choose an unorganized area up top with mirrors or a semi-organized area in the bottom with no mirrors. My requirements for a four star gym aren't hard: new weights that match, cardio equipment that matches, everything is organized at least once a day, 24 hour access, plenty of stations so I'm not waiting on someone else to finish. Pretty much the standards for every gym that is opening up. To get five stars I expect there to be something extra: saunas, wood lockers, comfortable leather furniture in lounge areas. (Gold's Gym in Lawrenceville comes to mind for a five star gym.) Bradley fails on every level for me. read more

nice gym, clean with updated equiptment (elipticals and tredmills have little TV's) the people are really nice and the instructors of the classes are energetic and fun there is a pool, weight rooms, basketball, indoor track, various classes (cardio, resistance training, aquatics, etc.), racquetball, outdoor tennis courts, and probably other stuff that i didnt notice the pricing is like normal gym prices, about $50/mo, i think? i dont remember. there are free guest passes if you go with a member, i recommend doing that to check out the gym and see if it is a good fit for you. otherwise, i think it is $10 a day w/o the pass. its open early in the mornings and closes pretty late at night. read more

Beautiful gym, clean and well taken care of. Great pool and plenty of equipment. Staff members are always friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish they would change is the cost for bringing a non-member child over 12 years old with you. It adds up quickly. read more

Nice place Good equipment and long pool (25m). Water was a bit warm but i was a nice uncrowded place to swim. I was visiting from NYC and they gave me two weeks of free passes, which I'd say was extremely generous. Hospitable staff, for sure. Good array of equipment. Free towels: yay! Excellent water classes for people with arthritis and back issues, 12 or more a week. read more
