The Facilities are awesome, there's plenty of room to workout with individual trainers for personal training sessions while group classes are going on and to even workout outside. The Location is convenient and not terribly Far out of the way and there's Lots of parking which is soooo nice in comparison to other gyms without as much parking or shared lots with other businesses. He agreed. I reminded him several times and he always confirmed our agreement. However, I was still charged for the month. Kyle said he would take care of it but didn't. I asked Kyle to NOT renew my 3-moth contract but it was renewed anyway. On the renewal email, they provide a phone number that no one ever answers and an email address which isn't valid. At this point I have to dispute the charges and cancel my credit card in order to prevent future charges.

Not too many people in the cardio section but a lot of people in the free weights, machine weights, turf, and stretching areas. Go in with your workout plan and try not to wing it. Stay focused and you will be able to divert yourself from the number of people taking pictures and videos. The locker room was not clean. There was paper towels all over the benches and floor. The wet areas were not that clean either. Sanitation stations were not as adequate as it should have been based on the amount of people in the gym at the time.
