After reading really positive and really negative reviews we decided to give this place a try for ourselves. Boy were we glad we did! The service was excellent (however we WERE there a little after 5 on a Thursday night). The place was filling up by the time we left and there was still only one waitress so not sure how everyone else fared although she was hustling and working hard to take care of everyone. The restaurant is clean, not anything fancy but certainly nice. The food was fresh, hot and super tasty. We had spring rolls, Garlic Cashew Chicken, Spicy Basil Fried Rice and one other chicken and veggie dish. They were all delish and we had enough to take home for lunch the next day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some yummy Thai food! read more

I have celiac disease so eating outside the home is a challenge. I messaged them on Facebook got a quick response about gluten free options. They can't make just about everything gluten free. I decided to get Chicken Pad Thai with spice! It was absolutely amazing the noodles were not mushy the chicken was thin cut & very tasty. Amazing flavor!!! My husband had a seafood combo with the level 4 heat with steamed rice. He loved the flavors & freshness of everything. The environment was casual very comfortable, the service was great very friendly. The left overs were amazing the next day!! We will definitely be going back there are so many things on the menu I want to try!!! read more

Unless you're in absolutely no rush and don't mind waiting a long time for service then look elsewhere. While the food is fairly standard as Thai food goes, the service left much to be desired. We were asked for our drink order as we sat down but never received them until we asked much later. We waited for about twenty minutes before we flagged down a server to ask if they would take our order. It took another twenty minutes before it arrived. I think this restaurant has a lot of potential but really needs to work on the service side before I would consider going back. read more

We had a delicious Lunch at Tips Thai House. Various Appetizers you can choose: Salad Rolls, Spring Rolls, Butterflies, Pot Stickers, Chicken Satay, Pork Satay, Coconut Prawns, Salt & Pepper Calamari. (3) different soups are offered, (4) different and unique salads, (9) different Noodle dishes including variations of Pad Thai, (11) chef specials, (7) different Curry dishes, (6) different fried rice dishes, (11) stir fried dishes. The eating area feels very open with its large windows. The bathrooms are immaculate which indicates very good housekeeping habits throughout the restaurant and kitchen. New place in strip mall near Wal-Mart. I had the roast chicken, wife had beef teriyaki, we shared an appetizer plate. So much delicious chicken, I had to take some home. Good but not overwhelming teriyaki. Little bit pricey for a strip mall. Went back w/o wife and had probably the best calamari of ($10) my life. Pho was very tasty if not plentiful ($9). read more
