Great, friendly, speedy service. Food was delicious, some of the best red curry I've had.

They have the best chicken pad Thai! Portions did get a little smaller, but I can only assume that's because of inflation. They always have had really a large portions, and the food tastes amazing! Sam at the front has always been great as well. read more

Excellent food, great server, and very fast. My go-to lunch spot when in a hurry and hungry.

The value of their pad thai is insane. The best pad thai in town! Inconspicuous location, but don't sleep on them! Service is fast and amazing as well. Just a little caution, medium spice is pretty spicy! read more

Probably will not order from here again, I was disappointed in my order I got a yellow curry with mango added in. The mango was pretty much rotten super brown and tasted like the it had gone bad. I ordered it also with a level 4 spice and out of a 1-5 and there was no spicy at all. Chicken was dry and very bland. read more

Best Thai food in the Tri Cities. Every dish has a unique flavor. Love that it's a mom and son operation.

I loved this place! The staff was very nice to me and my friend. I was particularly impressed by their knowledge of what's actually in the food - I can't have dairy and so it's important to know. They knew everything down to which curries had shrimp brine in it vs the 100% vegan curries. I got the red vegetable curry. It was more soupy than I'd like - not thick - and mostly just bamboo shoots. Kinda disappointing BUT it was tasty so I can't complain! It was great once mixed up with the rice. I also got sticky coconut rice with mango - but they didn't have any fresh mango so I asked for extra rice instead to compensate and they did that! Very accommodating. My friend got the padseeyew and said it was also very very good. Overall, good prices, good amounts of food, and friendly service. read more

This place never disappoints. I enjoy the Pad Woon Sen, a silver noodle favorite. Lots of Pad Thai are taken to go based on watching the steady flow of people picking up their to go orders. Don't miss this gem. read more

This place is owned by a mom, the amazing cook, and her son who is so funny. This is are families and staff in my preschool favorite place to eat. I highly recommend trying it, you won't regret it. read more

Good food. I always order the same thing yellow curry with pork and spice level 3. Perfect ammount of spice everytime. A tad spendy

The only reason I'm even giving this experience 2 stars is because I have had their papaya salad once before and it was great. Today I tried two of my favorite Thai dishes instead, the Yellow Curry and the Swimming Rama. Neither one of them was eatable in my opinion. The yellow curry tasted like canned chicken noodle soup. The sauce for the Swimming Rama tasted like sweetened peanut butter. Both sauces were extremely watered down like soup to the point where I couldn't even put it over rice. The chicken in both dishes was very very chewy to the point that I couldn't eat it. I also ordered spring rolls which were crispy outside (which typically is a good sign) but when biting into them found they were all mush inside. The spring rolls are served with a sweet chili sauce that had absolutely no flavor due to how watered down it was. Pink water. I don't know if everything is being watered down to save money or if this is truly how they prepare the dishes. With so many other locally owned Thai options here in the Tri-cities my advice to anyone who loves traditional Thai cuisine is not to waste your time on this place. If you do find yourself eating here, go for the Papaya Salad. read more

Thai garden restaurant not only has incredible authentic food made by an adorable little mom, but also a wonderful atmosphere with a staff who is so friendly and outgoing. I walked into this place and felt like I was in a friends dining room for a home cooked meal. We had the pho which was amazing and can't wait to try more of the menu! 5 star service and 5 star food. So happy we found our go to Pho place! read more

Well, this place had good potential. Unfortunately, the last couple times the experience has been less than stellar. The meat has been gristly and they have been out of the kids meals. Also the service is very weak even for a mom and pop local shop. I guess its time to move on to a new place. read more

Don't waste your time. There was a slew of problems the least of which was the food wasn't very good. This place is very small, and in bad need of cleaning. Dust and cobwebs seem to be winning the battle. The server was friendly and did a mostly ok job (more on this later). Strike 1, tried to order the lunch buffet and was told they had discontinued it a couple months ago and hadn't bothered changing the menu. Strike 2, tried to order bubble tea and was told they didn't have tapioca pearls anymore so they can't make it (I'm fairly certain one can still by tapioca pearls if one so desires). Strike 3 (and this is a catastrophic one for me personally), the appetizers and main courses came at exactly the same time. I seriously seriously SERIOUSLY hate it when restaurants do this. How disrespectful to your customers. And by the way, we were the only table at 1pm so it's not like they needed to rush us. Appetizers were mediocre, but the shrimp spring rolls were by far the best thing we ate period. The menu says they come with sweet chili dipping sauce (pretty standard) but they must have been out of that as well because we were served 2 dishes of seasoned rice wine vinegar. Cashew chicken was neither good or bad, it really had no taste at all. The pad thai had decent flavor but over cooked into a gummy paste. We sent the cashew chicken back after just a couple bites and told the server it wasn't very good. His response? "Thank you." Didn't ask what was wrong, didn't apologize, didn't offer anything else, just thank you and walked away. And yes it was still on the bill! This place gets great reviews on Google and I for the life of me don't know why. Dirty, bad food (assuming they can make what's on the menu when you try to order), bad service, and bad value for money. read more

We eat out at thai restaurants at least 2 to 3 times a week. We were so disappointed from the moment we walked in. No one greeted us and the server didn't seem like he cared. The food was below average and small portions. I asked for double meat and maybe received 2 extra pieces of meat. I asked why I didn't get more meat and he said "because the cook said it's more expensive. " Seriously? I am PAYING for double meat!! He never once asked how our meal was or if we needed anything else. Here is the zinger. Who charges an extra THREE DOLLARS for brown rice? Our meals came with white rice but the boys wanted brown rice. We are accustomed to paying more but $3 extra? His response? "it's stated in our menu." It's especially frustrating when the food is such low quality. We ordered bubble tea and he comes back and says they ran out of milk!! Our total bill was $57. This amount in the Seattle area would have gotten us bigger portions, fresher, and higher quality meals in the thai restaurants we frequent in an area that is more expensive! There was no attempt whatsoever to make us happy customers. Never in our lives have we never left a tip....This was that one time. We will never go here again. read more

My son does Taekwondo next door to this little place but we've never eaten here. Decided the other day since I hadn't planned ahead for dinner that I would try the takeout. Service was excellent and fast! Food was so good. All 4 of my kids ate it up without complaint. The price was all great for the amount of food we ordered. We will definitely be back. Great little place for a date night! read more

Wow. Can I say wow? Haha. At first I was skeptical. The location, and the interior were well a little older. How ever looks can be deceiving and in this case really deceiving. It's amazing. Just. Go. Try it. Yellow curry is my favorite. read more

Yum! We decided to try Thai garden instead of the usual place we go because it just wasn't spicy enough. We got the pad Thai and drunken noodles (very spicy and extremely spicy) and we love it! We have a new normal place to get Thai food . The noodles are different then what we are used to getting but we liked them better! Staff was very friendly! read more

The service here was good, with attentive wait-staff, but the food had some issues. The Fresh Rolls mainly consisted of shredded iceberg lettuce and were served with a sweet sauce. We asked for peanut sauce and it was oddly crystallized (made with honey?) and discovered a 50 cent charge on the bill. The Pad Thai was decent but very sweet. Plus sides - The rest of the entrees were fine, prices were decent and serving sizes were copious. read more

I have only had the beef or veggie pad thai from Thai Garden, but it has always been good and the prices are among the best you will find. Portion size is generous also. The family working there is always friendly and appreciative of the business. Reasons they don't get more stars? The location and I don't jive and the lunch buffet offerings are minimal. read more

My family and I visited Thai Garden for the first time today and we were not disappointed. Our table ordered the Pad Thai with Tofu, Pineapple Fried Rice with Tofu, Spring Rolls (served with chili sauce) and Garden Rolls (served with chili sauce and peanut sauce). All of it was great. Generous portions, affordable prices, great flavor, and the spices (heat) were exactly as ordered. The rolls came out quite quickly, and the entrees followed shortly after, and all five of us were served practically simultaneously. Was very happy with the time it took to bring the food out. The young man that was waiting on us was very friendly, took the time to ensure our orders were correct, that we were happy with the food, and was very attentive throughout our visit to ensure our water was always topped off, and that we didn't need anything additional. It's small restaurant that seats 40-50 people. Most of the tables (especially the booths) only seat 4 people comfortably - however, they do have space to accommodate slightly larger groups (5-10) if you plan for it and call ahead. I should note too that they offer Senior and Military discounts and a 15% Off Take Out Tuesday. Everyone's tastes are different, but our family all agreed that this restaurant takes the crown for the best Thai food in the Tri-Cities. read more

Decided to come back and it improved a lot since last time. My husband and I came around 5:30pm and stayed til around 7:00pm on a Saturday night. Food: We once again ordered the Shrimp and Calamari Tempura, Fresh Spring Rolls, Thai Green Curry with Seafood and Beef Pad Thai Noodles. The spring rolls again were nice (Kind of wish they would add something to it - maybe have a option where you can add shrimp to it) This time they gave us peanut sauce and the sweet sauce. The sauces were a lot better since last time. Once again the Tempura needs to be cooked better. It really comes out weird. A lot of the tempura gets suck together and it isn't very appetizing when you take a bite and its all fried batter no meat. They changed the size of the curry (or it seems like it) its still a large amount. The curry was a lot better this time around too (Maybe last time the cook had an off day or something.) I tried some of my husband's Pad Thai and it was actually very nice. The amount was fairly decent (enough to fill my husband's stomach.) Service: At first we were seated in a very odd table. The table was also very awkward because it was taller than the booths so eating would have been discomfortable. After the 2nd worker saw us, he immediately moved us because he knew it was awkward. Very grateful for that. The first server (which was the same one as last time) does need to work on customer service...a lot. But the 2nd server who took over us was a lot better. He was a lot more attentive and friendly. Overall, they had a nice upgrade on both food and service. I will be coming back again to try their duck this time since I heard its a lunch special going on. Also just to let you guys know, they are actually a bit cheaper than the other places. Not like "omg" cheaper but like you'll save a few bucks. Since they did have a upgrade, maybe I'll try their "buffet." read more
