Good food and quick service. The food is always hot and flavorful and the portions are ample.

Beware. This restaurant charges a 20% mandatory additional charge for parties of 5 or more. The prices are already high and quality is marginal. Do not recommend. read more

Food was so so with small portions. I thought it was expensive for what it was and atmosphere was non-existent. Bangkoks portions are bigger, food tastier or less. read more

Yasssss!!!! So much yassssss!!!!! Loved this place and will be back. Have been looking for good Thai since we moved to the Tri Cities and now we have a spot. So delicious. read more

This is my family's favorite Thai food restaurant. They make all of our favorites, especially spicy pad Thai. They have great customer service and the food always comes super quick. I'd like to feel of the place too, it's a little smaller, so it feels a little more intimate. The location is perfect for our family because we will eat at Tips, then go see a movie in the shared parking lot. read more

Good price for how much food you get! Visited this resturant during a work trip and some times it can be hard to find Asian food in the Tri-Cities. Service was quick when I ordered take out. FOOD: Pad Thai w/ Tofu - Huge portion size! Definitely some good pad thai and tasted as expected. Of course it's best to eat it fresh so the noodles don't clump together. It was also easy to reheat in the microwave when I had leftovers. Panang Curry - Another dish that had a good amount! Pretty typical Panang curry that always goes well with rice. It was spicier than expected but still very good and had a good level of kick. Overall, definitely a great place for Thai food if you're looking for Thai food. read more

I've known about this place for years but finally tried it and everything was delicious! My kids loved it just as much as we did. We're already looking forward to trying more items on the menu. The servers were kind, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. read more

I've had Thai at many places in my life and this place is hands down THE BEST!!! Every dish is pure perfection.

Very clean restaurant, very good food and portions. Service was quick and the ladies are really nice.

What has happened to this place? Used to be nice and welcoming. Tonight (7-30-24) my wife and I walked in at 8:15, (open until 9) and was told they close at 9 and don't seat after 8. Seriously, we used to live this place but after not being seated last time we tried and told this tonight, (place was completely empty) never again. read more

This was the first restaurant I visited here in Kennewick, it's had consistently good food and service every time I've dined there weekly. The servers are very friendly, warm and helpful. I love the veggie fresh rolls and peanut sauce, yummy Tom Kha, veggie Pad Thai and curry's! Everything is freshly prepared and served hot! Good authentic Thai food found here, stop by! read more

Tips is not closed!! I'm not sure why that was on Yelp but tips is open and thriving!! Here is there updated menu the previous menu on this site is very old. Tips has great food. Stellar options are crispy garlic chicken, cashew chicken. If you want spicy they are good about their spice levels, from 1 to 5 you will notice the difference! My husband is from NOLA and enjoys the spicy chicken bamboo. They also have great fresh spring rolls and amazing pad see ew read more

Outstanding food, reasonable prices, usually busy but tables are worth waiting for although they do a booming take out business as well. Food is cooked properly and ingredients seem to be always fresh. They're also willing to customize your choices to some extent. It's a fairly small utilitarian atmosphere, but their employees are great. read more

Rude and disgusting. The woman who is presumably the owner was attentive to the Asian couple who came in after us and they were served first and with large portions. My meal was paltry and I became very sick within 12 hours. Can't say it was from this place but will not go again. read more

The manager/owner ride I will never eat here again... I order papaya salad and asked for less fish oil and apparently that was a big NO. I don't understand why it was such a big deal considering they make it fresh to order read more

Every time my husband and I pass through Kennewick we always stop at this place and grab to go. Love their Mango curry, they put enough, so you definitely get full. They are pretty fast, place is clean and service is great. read more

First time I've eaten there. Did take out. Took about 25mins. Easy and good food..............

My go to place for Thai! Their Pad Thai is flavorful and you can choose the protein, plus level of spice. My absolute favorite however is the Beef Druken Noodle. The flavor is fantastic! Perfect level of spice and all my favorite ingredients and veggies. My daughter prefers their pot stickers and say they are the best! Great customer service for both dine in and take out! Highly recommend! read more

Who knows how the food was. I was told at the front door I had to be done eating by 9:00pm. We showed up at 8. Do yourself a favor.... if you want to have no customers past 9, close at 8 and let customers finish without feeling rushed. I'm fine with that. read more

The service is so rude, which is so sad because their food is delicious, but anytime we come in with family or friends we also have the worst experience with the customer service. They seemed irritated to have customers. You do not feel welcome whatsoever. If you do go, be ready to be told no a lot. read more

The food at Tip's Thai House was delicious. We ordered a takout dinner and returned to our hotel, the Best Western Plus, which was only a 3 minute drive from the hotel. We didn't walk, as the weather was so hot. I would surely buy dinner there again. read more

Favorite Thai in town! The peanut sauce Pad Thai is the thing my saucy delicious dreams are made of. I once also accidentally ordered the orange chicken (always amazing!) with a 4/5 spice added and IT, WAS, INCREDIBLE!!! The added spice was a game changer. Given that they offer a combo meal of Pad Thai and Orange Chicken, I can't think of a better meal. Pho, Panang Curry and fresh spring rolls are also very very good options. Give this place a try and you can thank me later! read more

Great place to eat. Service was great as well. Highly recommend it. Had the cashew chicken stir fry

Avocado Green Curry was generous on flavor and avocados! Cucumber Salad simple and fresh. Great meal. read more

I've been about three or four times now. The food is full of fresh vegetables, delicious and the portions are generous. I like that they offer a "lunch size" portion. So glad to have this restaurant in our neighborhood!! read more

I really enjoyed the tom kah and the papaya salad. The broth in the soup had a great flavor

Meh (mediocre) quality. I ordered pad thai, tom kha and chicken larb, and it tasted like it was lacking something in comparison to other restaurants I've tried. However, I can say ordering online was simple but you would have to pay 1.50 extra for service fee. read more

Great local Thai spot. Had some Super Green Curry, a great rose of Pad Thai, great Orange Chicken and terrific fried rice. Ordered To go and well worth the wait. We will be back read more

I did recieve the wrong meal but ended up keeping it. That being said, the Flavor was good however the chicken in both my dishes was extremely dry. Our server really couldn't answer our questions about items on the menu and once our food was served never saw her again. I can never get a full answer from my husband without grilling him but he did enjoy his meal read more

I normally don't like thai food, but was craving some good Asian food so I wanted to give this place a try. I ordered some pad kee mao (drunken noodles) to-go and I love spicy food, so I got it level 3. I definitely underestimated the spice, this really packed a punch. However, the noodles were still bomb. Just be cautious and start off with a lower spice level. You can always order extra chili oil on the side and add it in case it's not spicy enough. The noodles were more on the savory side, and had a lot of flavor. The Thai basil really makes the dish. I ordered it with shrimp, and they were decently big. The shrimp was cooked nicely and wasn't overly chewy. The food was so good that I ended up returning the day right after! I wanted to try something different though, so I got the pad thai. It's a bit on the sweeter side, but it was still good, I added a ton of chili oil and soy sauce to offset the sweetness. I personally preferred the pad kee mao. Also, got a Thai tea which was really good as well. I would definitely recommend coming here. I've been missing some good Asian food since moving from an area that had an abundance of amazing Asian food. This definitely hit the spot! read more

Great food and service. Eating the 15 dollar special. Pad Thai, cashew chicken and two veggie rolls. The food was amazing and the customer service was very attentive. The picture shows you that after eating until I'm full, I still have food left over. Great experience and will come back very soon. read more

I came here with three exchange students. Two ordered Pad Thai (1 and 2 level of heat). They loved it. I also ordered Pad Thai (level 3) and loved mine, too. My Russian student ordered Pad See Ew (probably because of the broccoli; his favorite), and practically inhaled it. I took that as a thumbs up, too. After dinner, the exchange students tried Thai Ice Tea. It was a big hit. On the way back to the car, we agreed that this was definitely a restaurant we would visit again. Good good, good prices, and excellent staff. read more

Could be THE BEST Thai I have ever had! (Or I was extremely hungry due to teaching for 8 hours without a lunch break?) Either way you MUST go! I was visiting for work with a co-worker who also loves Thai and decided to go here even though it was about 20 minutes away from our hotel. All I can say is SO WORTH IT. I mean it. I need these people to come move in next door! We ordered typical curry dishes and also ordered the mango sticky rice. Best I've ever had HANDS down. I would like to think that if I was in Thailand (haven't been) that this is what it would taste like there. So fresh, the perfect amount of spices, and all with great service and a under deserved price tag. If you live in this area and have not been SHAME on you and get the sticky rice in my honor. read more

Tip's Thai House - Red curry with Chicken - Thai Near Me - Kennewick, Washington

This was our second bad experience. 3 of 4 entrees were quite good. One arrived late and burned. Server offered to return it and had to argue with the cooks about it. Server returned with a replacement after the rest of the table was done eating (it was stir fry, not generally a long cooking dish). With the dish the server informed us that it is supposed to be burned and to order it with less sauce next time. There will not be a third time. Response to owner: We came back when we were here again because while the service was bad last time the food was good and we believe in second chances. Multiple tables walked out while we were there the service was so bad. Yes, I am from LA. Yes, I eat Thai almost once a week, yes, I do know what burned food looks and smells like. Even so, the review is for the service. Cooking mistakes happen and can easily be solved. read more

The red curry dish was delicious!! I've gotten it many times with different proteins and all are good.

Omg this place is so yummy! Everything I ate was so fresh, you can absolutely tell they take much pride in the food. I will say with confidence This place is delicious and worth a try. Update- I have been a regular at tips and have yet to find a dish I don't like...seriously everything has been delicious! read more
