I learned while getting my nails done that they were short on techs that day and just really pressed for time. Unfortunately, that did mean my manicure was very rushed as well. Now for the positives- my nails looked GREAT when they were finished, they had a fantastic selection of colors, this place was clean, and with the offer- you couldn't beat the prices. I originally thought I would go back and give them another chance because it's a good location and I had rocking nails when done, but on my second time going... even getting an appointment was too difficult with them. They never confirmed my online booking appointment and then when I called, they made it difficult as well. The most impressive thing about NXNW is the time they spend making sure your nails look the best they can. Veronica goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect - both of them have an eye for detail, and spend the time to make sure their work is top notch. I recently brought my sister to NXNW when she was in town, and she had the same great experience I did. She received multiple compliments, and when she returned to AZ, her regular nail tech was super impressed.
