I was looking for a particular watch and was referred to the Tiny Jewel Box by a friend. I ended up walking in on a random weekday and had a very pleasant and informative experience. The sales rep, Steve, was very knowledgable and went through all the details of the watch I wanted and even compared a couple of different examples. Unfortunately the model I wanted was not in stock, so Steve let me know that he would be in touch when he has a better understanding of it coming back into stock. I also walked around the store and had very good experiences with the rest of the staff. Then Coronavirus hit and everything shut down. Fortunately, Steve still kept in touch via email and kept me updated of the situation. After a week or two of things returning to some normal I got the wonderful email that my piece had arrived. I drove to the store the next day, got the watch fitted, and was taught how to correctly use and care for the piece. I just finished designing a ring with Alicia at the Tiny Jewel Box, and I couldn't be happier with the result! My fiance proposed with a family diamond, but he knew that I wanted to be involved in the design process for the actual ring. We met with Alicia, who listened intently as I described and shared a few photos of what I had in mind, and then sketched out an absolutely gorgeous design on the spot. She encouraged me to mull over the sketch, but once I signed off on it she created a computer model of the ring, which her team then used to print out a 3D model that I was actually able to wear around for a weekend to see how the final ring would look and feel. This stage of the process was not only incredibly cool, (3D printing blows my mind) it helped me feel confident that the design was really what I wanted. And when I did have any questions or concerns about what the final product would look like, Alicia was EXTREMELY helpful in explaining every last detail and making sure I was 100% comfortable with the process. (Designing something you'll wear forever is stressful!) When we did get the final product there were only good surprises-- it was even more stunning than any computer or 3D model could have prepared me for! When the day comes that I need to purchase a significant piece of jewelry, Tiny Jewel Box will be my first stop. I came here for three watch repairs. One, a link removal took about five minutes and was done while I browsed. The second, a band change, they could not help me with due to the type of band and how it was attached to the watch. The third, a battery change, took about a day and a half and cost $25. I was quoted 1-2 days and that I would be called when it was ready; I happened to be in the area on the 2nd day so I stopped in to check. They bumped my watch up and changed the battery while I waited there. Customer service here was excellent. Everyone was kind and helpful and service was fast. After over 13 years of marriage, two children, and lots of adventures, it was time for new engagement and wedding rings. We are so fortunate that we met Brian as soon as we walked into the bridal department. From the moment we stood at the counter he took care of us. He counseled us, without ever pressuring us, and helped us choose a setting and a diamond that I will wear for a lifetime and pass on to the next generation. A nightmare! 5 weeks into our engagement and a trip to the emergency room later, the ring is back in the shop a second time. The first time it arrived late and with poor workmanship and wrong sizing. It was also sized wrong the second time and ended up cutting off my circulation, necessitating being sawed off in the emergency room. Instead of showing empathy and a desire to make things right, the owner lambasted me (for putting the ring on my finger) and the doctor (for sawing it off to save my finger). He spoke to me extremely rudely then denied my fiance a replacement or refund, which was my request. Now the mangled ring is back in their hands. Don't entrust your happy engagement to these folks! read more

I've been to Tiny Jewel Box several times in the past few years to get my Tag watch serviced and I have always received top notch service. The sales staff is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They close a little on the early side, but when I stop in during a busy day I know I won't have to wait long to be assisted. After getting the timing mechanism in my watch replaced I had additional troubles a few months later. I brought it back to TJB and they fixed it for free, no questions asked. I purchased my wife's engagement ring from TJB, as well as both of our wedding bands a year later. I loved working with everyone at the store, particularly Alicia, who helped design and create two custom rings (the engagement ring + my wedding band). Alicia is just marvelous. For the engagement ring, I had a pretty good idea what we wanted, and Alicia helped tweak the design, giving me all sorts of options, and coming up with the little details that made the ring perfect (rotating the prongs that held the diamond just so, for example). For my engagement ring, I had a much looser idea (I knew I wanted a braid but not much else) -- Alicia came up with a design, I tweaked it a little, made a wax model of the tweaked design, and decided I liked Alicia's original design the best (which is the ring I have now and I absolutely LOVE). We also loved using TJB for my wife's ring, a non-custom band that the store had on hand and was exactly what we were looking for. The rings were expensive but didn't break the bank, we got what we paid for! I never felt like the prices were inflated, just that they were extremely high quality!
